Unitel Tank Gauge Percentage Display

The Push Button Oil Tank Sight Gauge is a traditional, economical model of heating oil tank gauge, primarily installed on domestic tanks. It works via a simple push to read button, which when pressed, the oil tank level indicator provides the user with an immediate visual indication of the tank’s contents.

This oil tank level gauge is constructed of a quality, corrosion resistant zinc plated brass and is suitable for use on both steel and plastic bottom outlet fuel tanks. A user friendly benefit of this fuel tank gauge is that it remains isolated when the button is released.

The Husky high flow swivel is used on nozzles when the maximum flow rate that the nozzle is able to achieve needs to be guaranteed – for example, the Husky VIII nozzle.

High flow nozzles such as the Husky VIII Diesel Nozzle are often used for refuelling large plant equipment, agricultural machinery and lorries, and the user may therefore need to maintain the flow to fill the fuel tank as quickly as possible.

This high flow swivel has been designed so that flow rates of up to 378 lpm can be achieved, whilst also allowing free movement to the nozzle. 

The CTS Fuel Tank Fill Point Cabinet is designed to securely lock away an oil or diesel storage tank's filling point from tampering and theft without making it difficult to view tank level readings. The unit comes complete with top entry 2” fuel tank fill point, level ball valve for isolation and filler cap to prevent dripping, as well as a removable drip tray with sight glass and easy grip handle, which can be opened even when the cabinet is locked to allow convenient emptying/cleaning at all times.

The benefit of the CTS diesel and oil fill point cabinet over alternatives on the market is its partial glass front. If an installed gauge is showing a low fuel level, anyone at the tank can identify that a fuel delivery is required even when the cabinet is closed. On other models with a full metal door this would go undetected until the cabinet was next opened, which could result in unexpectedly running out. As the glass front is only partial, the tank fillpoint is still secured out of sight and reach behind the lockable cabinet door. It is positioned so that if the glass is broken, no syphoning fitting can be attached. 

The diesel and oil fill point cabinet is designed to be installed onto the side of a steel storage tank, an external bund that the fuel tank sits on/inside or a wall in remote filling point scenarios. It is often used as a remote fill cabinet in oil heating installations where the tank is not easily accessed by the fuel delivery driver.

Please note: Alarms and gauges are to be purchased separately to allow for bespoke configurations. The fill point cabinet back plate has pre-threaded mounting holes for the simple installation of multiple alarms and gauges.
