The Husky Safe-T-Break® couplings are designed to disconnect the hose from the pumping system, in scenarios where a vehicle drives off with a nozzle still connected to the fill point. These Safe-T-Breaks® stop the installation having the whole pump system ripped out, therefore preventing both damage and spillages of fuel.

This Husky breakaway coupling is not re-usable and should therefore be disposed of after the initial break – a cost effective way of ensuring damage to the system is prevented.

The standard models of these Safe-T-Break® couplings are designed for use with diesel, with a 3/4" ATEX approved version available for petrol.

Piusi ATEX Automatic Nozzle

The Piusi Automatic ATEX Fuel Nozzles have been specially designed for the safe dispensing of diesel, petrol or kerosene in flammable environments thanks to its ATEX certification. The automatic shut-off mechanism means that these petrol and diesel nozzles stop further fuel from being released out of the spout once the vehicle tank is full, therefore preventing an overflow. These automatic fuel dispensing nozzles are suitable for use with non-resale pumping systems i.e. where private refuelling takes place. The Automatic 60 ATEX nozzle is commonly used alongside the Piusi EX50 ATEX Pump, and the Automatic 140 ATEX nozzle is for filling large agricultural and plant machinery alongside the Piusi EX140 ATEX Pump.

Description

Mild steel rigid container with steel portable bund fully welded with mechanical handling base and top lifting facility. Removable outer lid section with hinged lid providing full access to internal IBC.

Both the inner and outer tanks are constructed from mild steel plate to BS EN 10025.

The inner tank providing the required storage area, the outer tank forms the required bund, with capacity of 110% of the total liquid being stored and facilitates any distribution pumps required.
