The Piusi EXGO! ATEX fuel pump is a 12v fuel transfer pump for flammable liquids. Designed to be OEM integrated into a fuel system in a zone one environment, these ATEX pumps are the ideal solution for small mobile tanks and refuelling small vehicles. This petrol transfer pump has a sturdy, cast iron body, and thanks to its quality manufacturing has a long life span. This 12 volt fuel transfer pump has an integrated bypass valve and thermal protected motor.

Due to regulations this unit is not supplied with battery connectors and is required to be connected into a 12v supply by a qualified electrician.

The Ridart anti-syphon (pressure regulating) valves cope with higher fuel dispensing pump flow rates of up to 200 litres per minute. Fully adjustable depending on the height of the tank/head pressure of fuel, this anti-syphon (pressure regulating) valve ensures the dispensing pumps are not being overworked and prevents fuel from coming out of the pump unit air separator outlet valve. It helps to prevent fuel loss and fuel contamination. This anti-syphon (pressure regulating) valve is easy to install as it comes with 1½" female BSPT flanged inlet and outlet ports.

The Afriso DTA10 is an electro-pneumatic tank contents gauge is powered by a 9V battery operated control unit with a digital display. The values are displayed in litres, percentage and CM. The DTA10 is easy to set up requiring use of only 3 function keys.

Measurements are shown on the gauge when the control button is pressed. If the liquid is below a pre-set level then the display will flash red to warn of low level.

The gauge is suitable for most tanks up to a height of 4 metres (3.5 metres for water) with pre-stored tank shapes of Horizontal, linear, spherical and cylindrical.

This Piusi 24v and 12v Pump is designed for the portable dispensing of AdBlue (DEF) from a drum. Thanks to its 2m cable and clips for connection to the vehicle’s battery, this AdBlue drum pump is ideal for mobile applications where a drum needs to be moved to different dispensing locations or where mains power isn't available.

Complete with delivery hose, manual nozzle, suction downtube with strainer and 2” drum connector, this ready to use AdBlue transfer pump kit can be easily disconnected and moved between drums.

The SmartGuard remote tank level monitor is designed for use on static and mobile fuel tanks to allow tracking and fuel level monitoring. The SmartGuard is fitted with a sim card which is connected to an online portal where the tank contents can be viewed. This provides details on the location of the tank, as well as a notifications or any sudden fuel loss and a low level alert.

Please note there is an ongoing yearly charge for the use of the sim card/web portal. The first year is included in the price.

The Piusi IBC Mounted Oil Transfer Pump Kits are a range of Viscomat pumps fitted to plate designed specifically for dispensing oil from an IBC. Depending upon the viscocity of the oil and flow rate required, there are options of either the Piusi Viscomat 70, 90 or Flowmat oil pumps. These kits come supplied with a Viscomat pump, IBC mounting plate, manual shut off nozzle, oil flow meter and 4 metre delivery hose.

These kits aren't supplied with a suction connector and so this would need to be purchased separately.

This Brass Check Valve is a spring loaded valve for use in pipe systems where flow is required in one direction and no return flow is allowed. These check valves can be installed in any orientation and are fitted with Female BSP threads.

The GoldenRod 496-5 Fuel Filter Element is the replacement, 17 micron paper cartridge for the GoldenRod 496 water block fuel filter. You should change your GoldenRod filter element when you notice the flow rate of your system dropping, as this indicates the fuel tank filter is getting full.

We would recommend using the GoldenRod filter wrench when changing the paper element to limit the risk of cracking of the bowl whilst trying to screw it off with force, and ensure it is screwed back on tight enough to prevent leaks.

The GoldenRod 470-5 Fuel Filter Element is the replacement, 10 micron paper cartridge for the GoldenRod 495 fuel tank filter. Supplied in a box of 12. You should change your GoldenRod filter element when you notice the flow rate of your system dropping, as this indicates the fuel storage tank filter is getting full.

The Economy 120 diesel nozzle is automatic fuel nozzle designed for private, non-resale refuelling of large vehicles and machinery. As an automatic fuel pump nozzle, it will shut off when the tank is full, preventing an overfill scenario and allowing the safe use of the integrated 3 positions stay open latch.

Not suitable for gravity fed operation.

This Tecalemit fuel level probe is designed for use with Tecalemit HDA & HDM fuel management systems.

The Tecalemit HD5A Fuel Management System is an upgraded version of the HDA, which can control up to 5 pumps with 1 unit.

This HDA5 kit comes with the Tecalemit full cloud based software, which stores up to 10,000 local transactions, allows up to 4,000 vehicles and drivers and comes complete with the ability to fit up to 5 fuel level sensors to show live readings of the fuel within the tanks. Thanks to the included GSM modem and sim card, the data shown on the online portal can be kept live and accurate.

The system can be used with vehicle tags and driver codes, or just tags. This allows tracking for individuals, as well as vehicles. All of which is available to view on the online portal.

The questionnaire allows us to fully set the system up before delivery, allowing the unit and software to be ready to go as soon as it gets to you. The first year of the software hosting are included within the package.
