The Samoa Pumpmaster 2 3:1 Ratio Air Operated Drum Pump Trolley is designed to conveniently deliver oil anywhere within a workshop where compressed air is available. The kit is comprised of a sturdy trolley, 3 metre delivery hose, suction hose, Pumpmaster 2 3:1 oil pump and a metered dispensing valve. Unlike other drum pumps, this kit has the pump sited on a pump plate fixed to the trolley, which enables quick and mess free changing of the drum.

This kit is intended to be used with 205 litre drums. Optional 10 metre hose reel.

The SAMOA Multi Pressure Bucket Pumps include a 16 litre leak proof, all steel oval shaped bucket with carrying handle and foot rest for easy handling and stability.& Heavy duty high capacity grease pump with three alternative lever positions, which can be used under any operating conditions and with all type of lubricants (winter / summer, high or low viscosity grease, oil). Maximum pressure range between 175 to 350 bar with a delivery of 20g, 15g or 10g per stroke depending on the position of the lever chosen. Pump includes 1.5 m high pressure hose with a three-jaw hydraulic connector (PN 715 429).

The Piusi Self Service B.SMART AdBlue™ Management System is a compact, freestanding dispensing unit which offers authorised users fast and precise dispensing from an AdBlue storage tank™ with fluid monitoring features. Like the Piusi Self Service MC AdBlue™ this fluid management system is a sturdy, all in one unit with integrated AdBlue™ transfer pump, nozzle, pulse meter and 70 micron particle filter, with the additional benefit of the B.SMART software from industry-leading manufacturer Piusi.

B.SMART is the first cloud-based fuel management system from Piusi, providing fleet managers with remote and real-time data online on their fuel use. Using a licenced app on the driver’s iOS or Android mobile device, the system will dispense once activated via Bluetooth. Then when the transaction is complete, the system will send the data using the network data on the driver’s mobile phone. This enables real-time monitoring of multiple dispensers across unlimited geographical sites through a single user-friendly online web portal via the PC, tablet or smartphone wherever you are, saving the need to compile separate reports or visit all of the sites.

One of the largest benefits of the Piusi B.SMART is that there are no ongoing subscription or hosting fees to account for – you simply buy the system and that's it! Something which is unlike other cloud-based fuel management systems on the market.

As well as being able to view up to date transaction reports by date, the quantity of fluid taken, driver, vehicle and dispenser, the fleet manager can also remotely control who can dispense by adding and removing driver access to the pump. The Piusi B.SMART online fuel management system will only allow those drivers set with a mobile app licence by the manager to dispense and therefore prevents unauthorised use.

The Cim-Tek 70062 Filter Element is a replacement, 10 micron cannister filter element for use with Diesel and Petrol fuel. The 70062 Hydrosorb Spin-on Filters, designed for fuel pumps and dispensers, are versatile and economical for agricultural and low-volume commercial applications.

The 260 series Cim-Tek filters should not be used with Aviation fuels.

This element is suitable suitable for the 70062 Cim-Tek Filter.

This Piusi Air Operated Oil Pump Kit has a 3:1 air operated oil pump in a heavy duty kit for assembly and easy mounting onto a drum.

The Piusi oil pump kit has a metal mounting plate and 2 tube brackets for a sturdy installation on an IBC, with a drip tray to catch any excess fluid left in the nozzle spout.

There are 3 options to choose from with this air operated oil pump kit, one with an Easyoil nozzle and 5m x ½" oil dispensing hose, or 2 options with a K400 nozzle meter with either a 5m hose or a 15m hose reel.

The Piusi flanged pipe fittings are versatile fittings for fitting connections between pumping equipment such as pumps, hoses and flow meters. The flanges come with either 'O-ring' or 'Oval Ring', depending on whether the flange is being used to connect to flat faced items or to another grooved flange. They also have 1" BSP threads.

The Piusi K90 Fuel Flow Meter is a nutating disk mechanical meter with a large mechanical display to make it easier to see the quantity of fuel that has been dispensed. Unlike other flow meters the Piusi K90 has a 90 degree inlet and outlet which can't be rotated, please view the image and choose the orientation which suits you best.

The K90 mechanical flow meter is a patented design by Piusi and is one of the most accurate mechanical flow meters at +/- 0.6% accuracy.

Please note: This flow meter does not have threaded ports and flanges are required to connect to other equipment (Sold separately)

The Waste Oil Evacuation Pump Kits from SAMOA are designed to be used with the SAMOA remote discharge oil drainers to quickly empty the vessels into a waste tank. These kits can be used with other compatable systems, or as a standard waste oil extractor.

70 or 100 litre waste oil gravity collection units From SAMOA. Discharge is done connecting the unit to a wall mounted discharge pump kit through a hydraulic coupler located at the bottom of the reservoir (PURCHASED SEPERATELY).

70 or 100 litre waste oil gravity collection units From SAMOA. Discharge is done through a 1:1 pressure ratio pneumatic piston pump attached to the back of the unit reservoir and 1.5m hose with hydraulic type coupler.

70 or 100 litre waste oil gravity collection units From SAMOA. Discharge through a 1,5 m discharge hose pressurizing the unit. Includes safety valve to avoid over pressurization.

The Piusi Viscomat Gerotor is a high flow, self priming electric gear oil transfer pump designed to provide excellent performance when transferring hydraulic oil and lubricants. Thanks to the Viscomat Gerotor's radial backlash gear system, this oil pump can guarantee a steady flow rate and consistency in the flow dispensed.

This high flow oil transfer pump has an integrated pressure regulator, allowing the outlet pressure to be adjusted between 4-9 bar. The motor is 3 phase with an S2 60 minute duty cycle, and can also be controlled with a 3 phase inverter drive.

Please note - the Viscomat Gerotor Oil Pump is designed to be used where large quantities of oil need to be transferred and isn't suitable for use with a nozzle.
