Piusi Suzzara Blue AdBlue Transfer Pump (12v/24v)
The Suzzara Blue AC Electric AdBlue™ Pump is the market leading AdBlue™ (DEF) transfer solution from Italian manufacturer, Piusi. This mains powered AdBlue™ transfer pump is ideal for fixed pumping installations and is commonly seen on many bulk tanks and static IBC applications, as it is the model that makes up all AC Piusi pump kits. There is a version available complete with timer, that switches the AdBlue™ pump off after 6 minutes of running to prevent damage to the pump if accidentally left on by the user.
This self-priming, 5 chamber membrane electric AdBlue™ pump does not have a shaft seal, which limits the possibility of leaking as it wears. As with the other Piusi pumps, this model has an incorporated bypass valve and is IP55 protection grade rated meaning that it is suitable for installation outdoors.
The High Flow Rotary Hand Fuel Pump is a cost effective solution to the manual dispensing of a variety of fluids including diesel, oil, kerosene, petrol and anti-freeze from a drum.
These hand fuel transfer pumps are commonly used within environments where mains power is inaccessible and therefore an electric pump is not a viable option, yet high flow rates need to be maintained. For example, these manual diesel transfer pumps are popular when a large amount of fuel needs to be transferred from one container to another.
The Piston Manual AdBlue™ Pump is designed for the cost effective and simple transfer of AdBlue™, also referred to as DEF, from a drum. Thanks to its manual operation, these AdBlue™ hand pumps are a popular choice when there is no power available, or when an electric AdBlue™ pump is not deemed necessary due to the small amounts of the fluid being dispensed.
Primarily used as an AdBlue™ drum pump, this mode comes compete with a telescopic downtube and drum connector, with a version also available with 2m delivery hose and spout.
The Submersible AdBlue™ Pump has been designed to be installed in large AdBlue™ tank installations where increased head pressure is required. This is a popular AdBlue™ transfer pump solution for tank manufacturers, as being submerged into the fluid means the storage tank cabinet does not need to make room for a pump to be fitted.
These electric AdBlue™ pumps are built from anti-corrosive materials with a three stage impeller, wear resistant shaft and an anti-debris stainless steel strainer. The seals within this AdBlue™ pump - known as a DEF pump in the US - have been designed to keep the urea pure and the electrical cable gland seal has been reinforced. The pump’s motor has excellent cooling properties and can be used even when the top of the motor becomes partially exposed.
