The Clear Diesel Suction Hose is a flexible, general suction hose with steel wire braid and a transparent wall. This enables visual indication of the fluid which gives you an idea of flow at a glance. Whilst this diesel hose is primarily designed for suction applications, it can also be used as a fuel delivery hose. The ¾” version of these fuel suction hoses can be used in AdBlue™ pump installations and in AdBlue™ gravity hose kits.

The Piusi A140 diesel nozzle is automatic fuel nozzle design for private, non-resale refuelling of vehicles. This standard automatic diesel nozzle has strong aluminium housing encased in rubber that provides extra protection and makes the grip more comfortable even at low temperature.  As an automatic fuel pump nozzle, it will shut off when the tank is full, preventing an overfill scenario and allowing the safe use of the integrated 3 positions stay open latch. The Piusi Auto 140 has higher flow rate compared to A120 which makes it a perfect solution for high speed, powered diesel pump systems such as the Piusi E140 pump, and for refuelling vehicles with larger tanks such as large agricultural and plant machinery.

This Piusi refuelling nozzle is well known in the market as a reliable and comfortable to handle solution, without the added cost that comes with the forecourt style brands. The fuel nozzle is also available in lower flow rates versions (please see related products) should your pumping system require it.

Not suitable for gravity fed applications.

This Piusi Grease Control Nozzle is part of the new Piusi range for the lubrication market. This manual grease nozzle is for the dispensing point of an air operated grease pump installation, has a spring type pistol trigger and comes with a rigid spout hose with 4 jaw connector.

This Fuel Conditioner is suitable for tanks storing up to 40,000 litres of Diesel / HVO. A microbial growth called diesel bug forms when Diesel fuel isn't used, or is stored for long periods of time. This is caused by water in the fuel. The advanced fuel conditioner prevents this from happening by keeping the diesel free of contaminants which would otherwise cause damage to machinery and vehicles.

The fuel conditioner is engineered to obtain a target multi-pass ISO 14/13/11 level, with laboratory tests showing water content removal to under 60ppm. The unit comes with a Piusi Panther pump, two Cim-Tek Ultimate Defence particle and water filters, and a magnetic fuel conditioner to break up diesel bug sludge that forms when water enters and contaminates the diesel fuel.

The biggest benefit of this fuel conditioner over alternatives is it's operational intelligence to help prevent any downtime in fuel conditioning. There is a custom micro controller with a touch screen display for clear visual warnings of fuel filter degradation and blocks, the time until the next run cycle, an event and alarm log, and flow trends for filter life expectancy, allowing pre-emptive replacements of filters. The fuel conditioner has an input for a fuel tank alarm or gauge and leak detection probe to detect a low fuel level and leak, where if activated, the fuel pump will turn off until the issue is resolved, as well as two passive BMS outputs for remote warning of fuel filter block and low level/leak to alert the user that they need to take action.

The system run times are automatically set based upon the fuel tank size and run between 9am-5pm, Mon to Fri to ensure conditioning of 1.5 x the tank capacity per month. However this is customisable depending upon customer requirements.
