The Piusi 3D AdBlue™ Filter is specifically designed for removing debris and crystallisation from AdBlue™. Whilst AdBlue™ is a pure solution, contamination can occur during the filling and transferring process, which can damage the vehicle’s SCR system. An AdBlue™ filter is therefore important to prevent damage to your vehicle and keep it within warranty. This model has a highly efficient technopolymer filtering element within a protective polyamide casing, and has 1” BSP fittings for easy connection to the installation.

Please note: It is recommended that the AdBlue™ filter is changed once a year.

The Cim-Tek Hydroglass Fuel Tank Filter is designed to remove water and particles up to 10 micron, especially for use with biodiesel or fuel with a high bio content. Unlike the Hydrosorb filters which use a paper element, the Hydroglass alternatives make use of a high-performance fibre glass element for the more challenging nature of biodiesel. This Cim-Tek fuel filter also benefits from a higher dirt holding capacity which results in longer element life.

These fuel storage tank filters have a spin on cannister element, enabling the fuel filter element to be easily removed and replaced once it becomes full. Cim-Tek Hydroglass fuel tank filter includes two parts, static filter adapter (head) and an element. The All Cim-Tek filter components, including the replacement Cim-Tek 70024 element, are available individually as replacements.

The Cim-Tek 70024 fuel tank filter is designed for higher flow rate pump systems up to 100lpm. If a lower flow filter would be more suitable for your application, see the 70236 filter.

The Brass Non Return Valve is a spring loaded, check valve for use in liquid systems where the flow is required in one direction with no return flow. These check valves are able to be installed in vertical, horizontal or oblique pipe lines, and have F x F BSP threads on both the inlet and outlet.

The Piusi CFD 150-30 Water Captor Fuel Tank Filter can be fitted to both the suction and delivery side of the system, ensuring that the diesel that is transferred is free of particles and water. Due to it having a maximum flow rate of 150lpm, this fuel storage tank filter is popular amongst high flow pumping systems. This diesel filter is installed simply by spinning on the cartridge, making replacing the filter an easy task.
