Piusi SB325 X Magnetic Automatic AdBlue Nozzle with Break-away Nozzle & Flow Meter

This Chemical Spill Kit contains everything required to simply and quickly deal with a spillage in a compact and portable, clip close carrier. Specifically designed for absorbing more aggressive fluids such as acids, alkalis, solvents and AdBlue™, this emergency spill kit is ideal for wherever chemicals are stored, delivered or handled.

This Chemical Spill Control Kit includes chemical spill socks for containing the spill and stopping it spreading. These booms have a very flexible outer skin for high fluid absorbency of 7.5litres and high spill retention by moulding to the surface they are laid on. It also includes chemical spill pad, each for absorbing 0.5litres of fluid.

The ZVA Elafix 40 AdBlue™ Magnetic Tank Adaptor is designed specifically for the prevention of miss-filling AdBlue™/DEF into a diesel tank. This universal ISO certified magnetic collar fits into any vehicles’ AdBlue™ filler neck, so that when used in conjunction with an AdBlue magnetic nozzle such as the Piusi SB325 or ZVA AdBlue model, it will prevent you from being able to dispense into anything other than the AdBlue™ tank. In addition, the 19mm ID of the magnetic adaptor prevents larger spout diesel nozzles from fitting into the fill point to prevent miss-filling the other way round as well.

The miss-filling of AdBlue™ is a common, reoccurring issue and will be costly for the vehicle owner to put right. AdBlue™ is not compatible with many materials, and miss-filling can corrode the pipework and components of a fuel system – resulting in thousands of pounds of damage, as well as having to pay for the removal of AdBlue™ from the tank.

Newly manufactured vehicles which use AdBlue™ should have had a AdBlue™ tank magnet incorporated into the fill point at the manufacturing stage. To check whether you already have a magnetic adaptor in your vehicle, hold something magnetic next to the AdBlue™ fill point and if you feel a magnetic pull, your vehicle already has one fitted. If there isn’t a magnetic pull, you will need to fit one of these Elafix AdBlue™ magnetic tank adaptors to reap the benefits of a magnetic AdBlue™ nozzle. 

The Suzzara Blue AC Electric AdBlue™ Pump is the market leading AdBlue™ (DEF) transfer solution from Italian manufacturer, Piusi. This mains powered AdBlue™ transfer pump is ideal for fixed pumping installations and is commonly seen on many bulk tanks and static IBC applications, as it is the model that makes up all AC Piusi pump kits. There is a version available complete with timer, that switches the AdBlue™ pump off after 6 minutes of running to prevent damage to the pump if accidentally left on by the user.

This self-priming, 5 chamber membrane electric AdBlue™ pump does not have a shaft seal, which limits the possibility of leaking as it wears. As with the other Piusi pumps, this model has an incorporated bypass valve and is IP55 protection grade rated meaning that it is suitable for installation outdoors.
