The CTS single channel fuel tank alarm system provides the user with the choice of setting the alarm to alert of either a high level, low level or bund leak depending upon their requirements. This level and bund alarm is a simple and cost effective solution when the user only requires to be alerted of one scenario, therefore making the multi-zone tank level alarm over-specified.

Available in either mains or battery power, the single channel fuel tank alarm has a clear, descriptive seven segment LED display that informs the user of the activated tank state. Both versions feature a test button that will activate the 90dB sounder and flash the display showing the current configuration of the tank level alarm, and a mute button to silence the sounder. The battery powered version has a low battery warning to give notice that the battery needs changing.

The mains powered version has the additional feature of a volt-free relay for connecting the fuel storage tank alarm to another piece of equipment on-site such as a building management system, or another mains powered single channel alarm allowing the alarm status to monitored remotely for example in the office. Whilst commonly used as a diesel tank alarm, it is also suitable for use with a range of fluids such as water, waste oil and chemicals

The Brass Compression Lever Ball Valves are designed for starting/shutting off flow and come in a range of sizes. These nickel-plated full bore brass ball valves have a steel handle, NBR o-ring and PTFE seals and come with heavy duty industrial brass olives. These lever ball valves are WRAS and EN331:1998 gas approved and are a popular choice within heating and plumbing applications.

The Brass Angle Ball Valve is a nickel plated 90° full bore brass ball valve that meets EN331  standards. These angle ball valves are rated PN40 and are suitable in temperatures between -20°c - + 110°c.

The Piusi 3000 Supreme is a compact, self-priming vane pump with a flow rate of up to 50 litres per minute. Thanks to its compact design, the Piusi 3000 supreme is easy to install on virtually any tank.

The Piusi smart pump will only turn on and dispense fuel to authorised smartphone app holders, which secures the fuel when a site is left out of hours. Giving you the ability to record dispensing data including quantity of fuel taken, and date and time, this refuelling pump provides a greater handle on how your fuel is being used and help to spot anomalies.

The Piusi 3000 Supreme intelligent pump manages its own operation to save time and eliminate causes of pump failure often associated with mobile tanks. Users and managers can pre-set the number of litres to dispense, reduce flow rate for filling jerry cans. The diesel transfer pump will automatically stop running if your tank runs out of fuel to protect itself from dry run damage. The pump can slow its own motor down to prevent overheating, allowing it to be continuously run unlike other battery powered models.

As standard the Supreme pump can have 2 users and stores the last 20 transactions on the app. By upgrading to the PRO you can have 10 users and the last 100 transactions can be stored on the app or can be downloaded to CSV file.

Multiple Piusi 3000 Supreme pumps can be integrated with the Piusi B.SMART cloud based fuel management software, meaning you can monitor mobile fuel tanks across unlimited sites remotely through a single online portal. This also allows up to 500 users and unlimited transactions to be stored and downloaded to CSV file.
