The SpillStop 2” Overfill Prevention Valve protects both the environment and the individual from the effects of fuel spillage. This overfill protection device is suitable for use on both fuel and diesel storage tanks, which may have a pumping or gravity feed system. Once the tank has reached its maximum fuel capacity, this valve will close to prevent any additional fuel from being delivered, thus preventing overfilling. A version of this can be supplied specifically for use on plastic tanks.

The Brass Hose Swivel is specifically designed for connection to Piusi parallel fitting hose tails and nozzles. These brass swivels can also be used inside dispensing systems, where a swivel joint is required to connect rigid or flexible pipe work.

There is another range of these hose swivels, which are made from plated brass, and have a seal ring inside that suits tapered fittings.

The Piusi A140 diesel nozzle is automatic fuel nozzle design for private, non-resale refuelling of vehicles. This standard automatic diesel nozzle has strong aluminium housing encased in rubber that provides extra protection and makes the grip more comfortable even at low temperature.  As an automatic fuel pump nozzle, it will shut off when the tank is full, preventing an overfill scenario and allowing the safe use of the integrated 3 positions stay open latch. The Piusi Auto 140 has higher flow rate compared to A120 which makes it a perfect solution for high speed, powered diesel pump systems such as the Piusi E140 pump, and for refuelling vehicles with larger tanks such as large agricultural and plant machinery.

This Piusi refuelling nozzle is well known in the market as a reliable and comfortable to handle solution, without the added cost that comes with the forecourt style brands. The fuel nozzle is also available in lower flow rates versions (please see related products) should your pumping system require it.

The Husky Nozzle Service Kit is a complete kit for the removal and installation of nozzles in a clean and simple way – for use with Husky nozzles and other styles of forecourt nozzle. The service kit comes with a stainless steel pail, nozzle holder – which keeps the fuel nozzle off the floor, breakaway drain cup and a fuel filter drain cup.

The kit provides a safe way of collecting fuel when the Husky nozzle, breakaway and filter are taken apart – allowing the remaining fuel from each part to be drained safely into the provided containers. Each of the drainage containers allow any brand and style of nozzle, breakaway or filter to be used with the kit. The pail also doubles up as a container for all the components, so that the kit can be easily transported.
