The Piusi SB325_X AdBlue™ Magnetic Nozzle is designed for use in conjunction with the ELAFIX 40 adaptor in order to prevent the costly miss-filling of AdBlue into the diesel tank. This magnetic spout nozzle will only allow fluid to pass once it has been magnetically opened by an AdBlue magnetic adaptor fitted within the vehicle filler neck. Therefore, by using this AdBlue nozzle you cannot physically dispense into the wrong tank, as the diesel fill point will not contain a magnet.

The miss-filling of AdBlue™ into the diesel tank is a common issue and will be costly for the vehicle owner to put right. AdBlue™ is not compatible with many materials and miss-filling can corrode the pipework and components of a fuel system – resulting in thousands of pounds of damage, as well as having to pay for the removal of AdBlue™ from the tank.

This AdBlue dispensing nozzle also benefits from a breakaway spout mechanism. This means that if the vehicle accidently drives away with the nozzle still positioned in the vehicle's fill point, the spout will detach from the nozzle. This means that damage will be limited to the spout only which can be replaced as a spare part, and the AdBlue pump system connected to the storage tank will not be pulled away. Thanks to the integrated K24 digital flow meter, this AdBlue™ nozzle has the added functionality for the user to conveniently view how much fluid has been dispensed into the vehicle.

Constructed of plastic but with a sturdy, stainless steel spout, this Piusi nozzle is a lightweight, cost effective alternative to the completely stainless steel automatic AdBlue™ nozzles on the market. Like these more expensive models, it still reliably shuts off dispensing when the AdBlue tank becomes full to prevent any overspill.

Aquafighter Anaconda is a fuel tank water absorber designed to remove both free and suspended/emulsified water from fuel tanks to provide a complete solution for water contamination. This particular diesel and oil tank water absorber is typically installed through 3.5 inches/9 cm openings on bulk storage tanks with the option to install multiple absorbers on even bigger tanks if they can be removed individually.

As bio content in fuel is increasing, water content and the microbial growth that results from is are becoming serious issues for stored fuel quality. This is often responsible for creating a nasty sludge that blocks filters, damages your equipment, causes engine system corrosion and poor fuel efficiency. The Aquafighter water absorber eliminates these problems by reducing the water content levels down to 75ppm to meet the EN590 diesel fuel standards (200ppm) and saving you costly damage and downtime. The diesel tank water absorber not only removes free water like other solutions on the market but also separates and captures the suspended and emulsified water, which often gets left to cause serious damage to your vehicles and equipment.

Please note: If this is your first time using Aquafighter, we recommend buying 2 units. The first can be added to absorb the current water, which may become full quickly if there is a large problem with water. The second to be added once the other has been removed to act as a prevention against future water content.

The SAMOA Polaris Series transfer Pump is a self priming diesel pump with self-adjustable vanes, Pump body made of cast-iron with rustproof treatment, rotor of sintered steel and vanes of acetal resin.  The pumps include a by-pass valve and a built in filter with easy access for cleaning.  The pump can be mounted vertically or horizontally and has 1.8m cable with plug.
