5800 Litre Harlequin Home Harvest Direct Rainwater System

    Availability Approx 6+ Weeks
    Price £3,570.00 £4,284.00 inc VAT

This 1500-litre ‘Home Harvest Gravity’ rainwater harvesting system is ideal for efficient collection, storage and distribution of rainwater to be used during periods of water scarcity. It allows the connection of a hose to the pump within the tank to provide recycled rainwater for irrigating lawns/gardens, car washing and other outdoor water needs.

Moulded in one piece from Medium Density Polyethylene (MDPE), this seamless non-corrosive tank with a strong body, an adjustable turret and a calmed inlet can be installed very easily and reduce water costs by 50%. The system complies with BS8515 Rainwater Harvesting Code of Practice and Part G of Building Regulations in U.K.

It comes equipped with a rainwater distribution unit called the ‘Rain Director’ and a smart header tank. The ‘Rain Director’ system pumps rainwater from the storage tank to a header tank where gravity distributes it to the required water appliances such as toilets, washing machines and the garden, minimising on/off pump cycling reducing electrical costs and wear on the pump. Once rainwater has been exhausted, the unit replenishes the storage tank with mains water.

Reduce Water Costs – Collecting and reusing rainwater can save up to 50% of metered water costs.

Easy Installation – Our shallow tanks only require a shallow excavation with no concrete backfill, this also reduces your installation costs.

Non-Corrosive – Manufactured from Medium Density Polyethylene (MDPE), Harlequin tanks will not corrode.

Adjustable Turret – 4500 and 6000 model turrets have the ability to be extended or reduced to fit each installation.

Strong Tank Body – A seamless one piece moulded tank guarantees strength. There is a flat base for stability, moulded in lifting points and a flat load-bearing lid.

Legislation Compliant – The system complies with BS8515 Rainwater Harvesting Code of Practice and Building Regulations (Part G).

Calmed Inlet – This reduces the turbulence to tank sediment, improving the quality of water supplied.

    Rainwater Harvesting

    What Are Rainwater Harvesting Systems?

Rainwater harvesting systems are integrated rainwater collection solutions that capture rainwater from roofs and other surfaces, store it, and then distribute it for various uses. These systems typically consist of a primary tank for initial storage and a holding tank or distribution unit.

The process involves collecting rainwater, filtering it for impurities, and storing it in robust tanks. The stored water is then pumped to a header tank, where it's distributed through gravity to various water appliances like toilets, washing machines, and garden hoses.

    Benefits of Rainwater Harvesting

Harvesting rainwater can help to reduce water bills by up to 50%, as it can replace metered water for many purposes. Our systems are designed for straightforward installation, with shallow tanks that don't require extensive excavation. They also reduce reliance on treated mains water and contribute to groundwater conservation.

Made from Medium Density Polyethylene (MDPE), our rainwater storage tanks are non-corrosive, durable, and built to last and meet the BS8515 Rainwater Harvesting Code of Practice and Part G of the UK Building Regulations.

Ideal for residential and commercial purposes, including irrigation, laundry, toilet flushing, and more, they pack a range of innovative features to offer ease of installation, efficient use and to enhance the quality of the water stored.
