Pressure Relief Vent Valve
The Viscomat Gear is an oil transfer pump, available in the single-phase and three-phase versions.
The available versions are suitable for all those applications requiring an oil transfer pump with high suction capacity in order to transfer fluids with medium-high viscosity.
HIGH PERFORMANCE
The high viscosity of the lubricating oil, unlike other types of fluids, needs to be transferred with greater strength. For this reason, the Viscomat Gear oil transfer system is characterized by the self-priming gear pump, capable of supporting and guaranteeing a steady flow rate and consistency in the flow dispensed with high viscosity, up to 2000 cSt with a flow rate of up to 14 l/min.
The continuous operation guarantees high suction capacity with pressure up to 25 bar. The internal profile gear pump has been designed as a valid and modern solution able to meet the different needs of pumping lube oils in the automotive field.
RELIABLE
The sintered steel rotor features gears that provide good strength to the rotor during transfer.
The CTS single channel fuel tank alarm system provides the user with the choice of setting the alarm to alert of either a high level, low level or bund leak depending upon their requirements. This level and bund alarm is a simple and cost effective solution when the user only requires to be alerted of one scenario, therefore making the multi-zone tank level alarm over-specified.
Available in either mains or battery power, the single channel fuel tank alarm has a clear, descriptive seven segment LED display that informs the user of the activated tank state. Both versions feature a test button that will activate the 90dB sounder and flash the display showing the current configuration of the tank level alarm, and a mute button to silence the sounder. The battery powered version has a low battery warning to give notice that the battery needs changing.
The mains powered version has the additional feature of a volt-free relay for connecting the fuel storage tank alarm to another piece of equipment on-site such as a building management system, or another mains powered single channel alarm allowing the alarm status to monitored remotely for example in the office. Whilst commonly used as a diesel tank alarm, it is also suitable for use with a range of fluids such as water, waste oil and chemicals
The Alloy Diesel Bowl Filter is constructed from heavy duty aluminium and has an incorporated stainless steel basket strainer. It is a 180 micron inline filter, fitted with a bottom drain plug to easily remove the collection of impurities which have been filtered out. This diesel particle filter, also suitable for biodiesel up to B30, has a maximum flow rate of 300lpm and a maximum pressure of 6.5 bar.
The Piusi Shark (SQUALO35) AdBlue pump is the first submersible pump specifically designed for dispensing AdBlue™ from an AdBlue™ tank, rather than for water transfer. Firstly, it's 35lpm flow rate is the proven speed in the market for refilling vehicles and off road machinery with AdBlue, due to the smaller tank size than diesel. Also, thanks to its integrated bypass valve, this submersible AdBlue pump can be used with a nozzle without the added cost of buying a pressure relief valve.
Reduced overall dimensions guarantee easy installation of this compact electric AdBlue™ pump, ideal for when there isn't room for a pump in the tank cabinet. The low 30mm suction level of the Shark offers almost complete emptying of the tank, exceeding that of alternative submersible AdBlue Pump models, and has a strainer to remove any debris that may have entered and sank to the bottom of the tank to prevent it from entering the pump or the vehicle SCR system. Thanks to it being a regenerative turbine pump, it benefits from pressure building capabilities ten or more times that of a centrifugal pump with the same impeller diameter and speed.The Piusi Shark also has a built in pressure regulator that optimises flow rate to reduce unnecessary energy consumption, saving the user on energy costs.
A version of this Piusi pump is available with a 6 minute timer, to prevent the pump from dry running damage in the event of the user forgetting to turn it off when they have finished dispensing.
