The CTS single channel fuel tank alarm system provides the user with the choice of setting the alarm to alert of either a high level, low level or bund leak depending upon their requirements. This level and bund alarm is a simple and cost effective solution when the user only requires to be alerted of one scenario, therefore making the multi-zone tank level alarm over-specified.

Available in either mains or battery power, the single channel fuel tank alarm has a clear, descriptive seven segment LED display that informs the user of the activated tank state. Both versions feature a test button that will activate the 90dB sounder and flash the display showing the current configuration of the tank level alarm, and a mute button to silence the sounder. The battery powered version has a low battery warning to give notice that the battery needs changing.

The mains powered version has the additional feature of a volt-free relay for connecting the fuel storage tank alarm to another piece of equipment on-site such as a building management system, or another mains powered single channel alarm allowing the alarm status to monitored remotely for example in the office. Whilst commonly used as a diesel tank alarm, it is also suitable for use with a range of fluids such as water, waste oil and chemicals

The TigerLoop® Combi De-aerator is designed to eliminate all gas/air bubbles from the oil system, in order to reduce the harm that this can cause to the pump and nozzle. This TigerLoop de-aerator has the additional benefit of an integrated 20 micron oil particulate filter, which allows varying filtration options. The installation of the TigerLoop® oil de-aerator is done with few connections, consequently simplifying work and reducing the risk of joint leakages. 

The Piusi Plastic Check Valve is a spring loaded, plastic non return valve designed with an integral pressure relief valve. This means that these check valves are able to alleviate the pressure build up within the fuel line, either through thermal expansion or direct back pressure.

The Piusi K44 Fuel Pulse Meter was developed to accurately count how much diesel has been used, using a nutating disk system. This Piusi diesel pulse meter is suitable for use in industrial applications where fluid delivery control is required at highly accurate levels. They can also be used in conjunction with a non-commercial fuel delivery pump either part of or externally inline. The K44 fuel flow meter with pulse output is a cost effective solution to measuring the flow of fuel up to 9999.9 litres at a time. Thanks to their wide flow range, these Piusi flow meters are compatible with a range of pumping installations.
