The K24 Flow Meter is a digital flow meter with a turbine suitable for AdBlue monitoring and the digital management of the fluid being dispensed.

PRECISION AND QUALITY

The K24 digital AdBlue flow meter has been designed to monitor the flow of AdBlue. Easy to install, in-line or at the end of the dispensing pipe, The K24 has a display that can be applied in various positions to facilitate easy reading. The sturdy housing and sealed internal electronic board make it suitable for use in virtually all working conditions.

RELIABILITY

The K24 Digital Flow Meter has a plastic body with a polypropylene turbine. The pulse type is single-channel, reed switch. The electronic board with an LCD display shows a partial reading of 5 digits from 0.1 to 99999, for a total of 6 digits 1 to 999999 Total, resettable. The display also shows the supported flow rate, up to a maximum of 120 litres per minute.

The K24 AdBlue flow meter guarantees a metering accuracy of +/- 1%; if the metering turns out inaccurate, the K24 can always be calibrated to ensure maximum precision in its operation. With a pressure drop of < 0.03 bar at 120 l/min and a repeatability of 0.2 %, the K24 flow meter is powered by two AAA batteries. Thanks to its rotating display, the K24 can be adapted to any application and working condition.

The GoldenRod 470-5 Fuel Filter Element is the replacement, 10 micron paper cartridge for the GoldenRod 495 fuel tank filter. You should change your GoldenRod filter element when you notice the flow rate of your system dropping, as this indicates the fuel storage tank filter is getting full.

We would recommend using the GoldenRod filter wrench when changing the paper element to limit the risk of cracking of the bowl whilst trying to screw it with force, and ensure it is screwed back on tight enough to prevent leaks.

The Piusi Grease Bucket Lever Hand Pump is a lever hand pump fitted to a 16kg capacity grease bucket container, designed for the cost effective dispensing of small quantities of grease. The sealed lid on this grease transfer pump keeps the grease free from contamination but can be unscrewed to refill the container from a drum. The integrated carry handle makes these grease bucket pumps easily manoeuvrable around the workshop and a foot plate ensures the pail is kept sturdy whilst the pump is in operation.

These Piusi pumps come with 2 meters of high pressure delivery hose, 4 jaw connector and ball valve to prevent leaking when not in use and come complete with follower plate and suction pipe.

These booms allow you to respond quickly to emergency situations and can be deployed proactively in spill prone areas such as outfalls or on settling ponds. The method of construction prevents the booms from falling apart under the weight of the absorbed oil and the recovery line also acts to prevent the booms from twisting.

Rust proof end rings and carabiner clips are fitted as standard to allow you to join additional booms securely.
