The K600/3 is an electronic gear flow meter used for controling of the dispensing of fuels and anti-freeze liquid for non-commercial use. The K600/3 as an electronic flow meter shows on the display a partial total of 5 digits (h=11.5 mm) with floating point from 0.001 to 999.99 Total, not resettable to 8 digits (h=5 mm) from 1 to 99999999.

MADE IN PIUSI RELIABILITY

The K600/3 flow meter features acetal resin oval gears for monitoring the dispensing of diesel and other special fluids compatible with the construction materials. Equipped with an aluminium measuring chamber body, it consists of an integrated suction filter to ensure safe dispensing without impurities, which otherwise could cause unpleasant blocks while dispensing.

The K600/3 flow meter for diesel and anti-freeze liquid ensures a monitoring accuracy of +/- 0.5% for a maximum flow rate of 100 l/min.

Gravity hose kits are a cost effective solution for dispensing AdBlue™ (otherwise known as DEF) from an IBC rather than installing an AdBlue pump system. This model of AdBlue™ gravity hose kit is made up of the long life Piusi AdBlue™ delivery hose swaged onto ring clamps for durability, the Suzzara Blue manual nozzle, a 60 x 6 IBC bottom adaptor and cam fitting to enable the quick connection and disconnection of the kit from the IBC. It available in a number of lengths from 3m to 7m, to cater for how high off the ground the IBC in question is. You should not order a kit much longer than what is necessary for the height of the system, as any additional hose beyond this point may reduce the flow rate you could be achieving.

The Piusi Easy-Drainer Oil Extractor is a portable waste engine/transmission oil draining unit designed for use under vehicle lift. The Easy-drainer is for gravity flow draining. Thanks to the wheel mounted trolley, these Piusi oil drainers are a handy and mobile piece of kit that can be easily moved from one bay to another.

These oil extractors are comprised of a height adjustable 12 litre waste oil bowl with a filter drain grill to remove any large debris, and a 80 litre recovery tank. The recovery tank has a visual level gauge for effortlessly identifying the tank contents and a connected discharge pipe and valve for emptying the oil out when full.

The Piusi CFD 150-30 Water Captor Fuel Tank Filter can be fitted to both the suction and delivery side of the system, ensuring that the diesel that is transferred is free of particles and water. Due to it having a maximum flow rate of 150lpm, this fuel storage tank filter is popular amongst high flow pumping systems. This diesel filter is installed simply by spinning on the cartridge, making replacing the filter an easy task.
