The Plastic High Flow Chemical Hand Pump is rotary hand pump for quick, manual dispensing that comes with a rubber hose. This pump is suitable for use with corrosive chemicals, alcohols, acids, alkalis, oils, solvents, lubricants and also for use as a hand fuel pump.

The Piusi Self Service MC Fuel Management System is an innovative raps oil and diesel dispenser, which offers authorised users fast and precise dispensing and fuel monitoring features. This Piusi fuel monitoring unit, which comes standard with a nozzle holder, incorporated diesel transfer pump, motor and electronic meter, is capable of recording the date, time and amount of fuel dispensed for the last 255 transactions.

The Self Service MC fleet fuel management system has the capability of controlling up to 80 users as standard, allowing only these users to have access to the pump and therefore providing the tank owner with fuel security. It can be controlled and set up at the unit, by means of pin code or magnetic data key.

Whereas these stand-alone Piusi fuel management systems show transaction data on the unit’s screen; there is an optional Piusi Self Service Management 2018  software package that permits the exporting of data to a local PC for analysis. For more advanced software look at the Self Service 2.0 version of this unit. The Self Service MC diesel management systems come either as floor-mounted versions or Mini versions, which can be wall-mounted or fitted onto the side of a bunded diesel tank.

The TigerLoop® Bio Combi De-aerator is suitable for use with kerosene, gas oil and also biofuel blends up to B100. The TigerLoop de-aerator removes all gas/air bubbles from the system, eliminating the pump and nozzle problems that are caused by gas/air in the fuel.

This bio and oil de-aerator has the additional benefit of an integrated 20 micron oil particulate filter, which allows varying filtration options. This TigerLoop® de-aerator is constructed of metal materials and comes with a connection to safely remove vapours via a tube, allowing it to be suitable for use in and outdoors.

The Piusi K400 Fuel Pulse Meter makes use of an oval gear system to measure the quantity dispensed of diesel, lubrication oil, anti-freeze and windscreen wash liquid, at a maximum flow rate of 30lpm. These Piusi diesel pulse meters have no reading of it, and are instead used in conjunction with displays that allow the dispensing data to be read elsewhere. The K400 fuel flow meter with pulse output is ideal as an accompaniment to a dispensing nozzle, and for fixed systems for transferring lubricants.
