The Piusi Self 3000 is a manual fuel nozzle designed for the dispensing of diesel and oil at high flow rates and pressure conditions than the Self 2000. This oil and diesel nozzle is a cost effective solution suitable for any type of pumping or gravity system that operates within 150 litres per minute. These reliable Self 3000 fuel dispensing nozzles are constructed of strong die cast aluminium, and are equipped with a plastic anti shock body/handle protector for added comfort. The CTS Mains Operated Multi-Compartment Fuel Tank Alarm system has three functions; to detect and warn of a tank overfill, a high/low liquid level and a bund leak. If this fuel tank alarm identifies any of these issues, the zone in question will light up on the alarm’s screen, combined with an alarm sounder and flashing orange strobe, which provides the user with a clear warning of the activated tank state. Each zone can be configured in any of the three functions High, Low or Bund, enabling the complete customisation of these fuel tank alarms based upon the user's requirements with a very simple set of electrical jumpers.

Options are available complete with three relays, to allow external equipment to be connected to each zone of the tank level alarm such as building management system for remote monitoring. This level and bund alarm also has the additional feature of controlling the pump from the relays (if fitted). When the fuel storage tank contents are 'low', the pump switches on and stays on until 'high' is reached.

If you require a tank level alarm for something other than diesel or light oil, we also supply a water and chemical alarm probe, and a high viscosity oil tank level probe – which is also suitable for AdBlue as well as high viscosity oils.

The GOK De-Aerator is a combination of an oil filter, de-aerator and shut off valve, suitable for kerosene, oil and biofuels with up to 20% fatty acid methyl ester.

This de-aerator removes gas/air bubbles from a single line fuel system, helping to eliminate any pump and nozzle problems associated with gas/air in the fluid. This GOK system eliminates multiple external connections, which reduces the risk of leakage, and is suitable for mounting indoors.

This ready to fit fuel hose and nozzle kit comes with a Piusi Standard Auto 60 nozzle and premium diesel delivery hose, making it the ideal solution for when the hose and nozzle on existing fuel dispensing pumps needs replacing. Suitable for use with both diesel and oil applications, this fuel tank hose and nozzle comes in two different hose lengths for you to choose from – 4 or 6 meters.

The Auto 60 fuel pump hose and nozzle kit comes with an automatic fuel nozzle from Italian manufacturer Piusi, which shuts off when the vehicle tank being filled is full. This, combined with a premium hose and assemblies, with swaged stainless steel full ferrules and BSP hose tails with sealing o ring, makes for a premium solution for a replacement diesel nozzle and hose.
