The Cleanfill 2" Overfill Prevention Valve from Lafon can be fitted to a tank as a piece of safety and environmental protection equipment. This overfill protection device can be used on fuel and diesel storage tanks that are filled by gravity flow or a pressure pump system. When the tank is full, the valve will close preventing any further fluid from being dispensed into the tank. There is also a version available to be used on AdBlue™ storage tanks, a fluid which is known as DEF in America and other countries.

The GOK De-Aerator is a combination of an oil filter, de-aerator and shut off valve, suitable for kerosene, oil and biofuels with up to 20% fatty acid methyl ester.

This de-aerator removes gas/air bubbles from a single line fuel system, helping to eliminate any pump and nozzle problems associated with gas/air in the fluid. This GOK system eliminates multiple external connections, which reduces the risk of leakage, and is suitable for mounting indoors.

The Piusi Stainless Steel Rotary Hand Fuel Pump is a new generation solution, acting as more sturdy and durable option for manually dispensing diesel and oil from a drum. This premium self-priming manual fuel transfer pump has a stainless steel outer casing and benefits from smooth operation thanks to its rolling handle grip and quality constructed internals. 

The inlet of this diesel hand pump benefits from a grooved locking mechanism for securing it onto the drum connector. This is to stop it from spinning on the drum whilst in operation; a problem common with cheaper solutions.

Available is a version of this hand fuel transfer pump with 3m delivery hose for dispensing directly into the vehicle, which comes with a swivel spout with on/off valve to close off the hose when delivery has finished to prevent spillage. There is also a version of this Piusi fuel pump without hose that has an “S” type spout that is ideal for dispensing straight into an oil jug.

Now available is the Piusi “Pro + Silent” air operated oil pump range; part of their growing offering to the oil and lubrication market. The design of these air oil pumps has been carefully considered to ensure high performance and long service life within garage and workshop environments.

These 5:1 air powered oil transfer pumps are designed for the transfer of high viscosity oils over medium to long distances. There are stub and long length models available for wall or drum mounting respectively.
