Piusi MC Box Fuel Management System

The Camlock Male Adaptor with Male Thread has either a 1” or 2” male BSP hose connection, and a 1” or 2” male cam respectively. Cam and groove couplings are designed to quickly connect and disconnect hoses without the use of tools, and offer a leak proof seal.

The Piusi SB325_X AdBlue™ Magnetic Nozzle is designed for use in conjunction with the ELAFIX 40 adaptor in order to prevent the costly miss-filling of AdBlue into the diesel tank. This magnetic spout nozzle will only allow fluid to pass once it has been magnetically opened by an AdBlue magnetic adaptor fitted within the vehicle filler neck. Therefore, by using this AdBlue nozzle you cannot physically dispense into the wrong tank, as the diesel fill point will not contain a magnet.

The miss-filling of AdBlue™ into the diesel tank is a common issue and will be costly for the vehicle owner to put right. AdBlue™ is not compatible with many materials and miss-filling can corrode the pipework and components of a fuel system – resulting in thousands of pounds of damage, as well as having to pay for the removal of AdBlue™ from the tank.

This AdBlue dispensing nozzle also benefits from a breakaway spout mechanism. This means that if the vehicle accidently drives away with the nozzle still positioned in the vehicle's fill point, the spout will detach from the nozzle. This means that damage will be limited to the spout only which can be replaced as a spare part, and the AdBlue pump system connected to the storage tank will not be pulled away. Thanks to the integrated K24 digital flow meter, this AdBlue™ nozzle has the added functionality for the user to conveniently view how much fluid has been dispensed into the vehicle.

Constructed of plastic but with a sturdy, stainless steel spout, this Piusi nozzle is a lightweight, cost effective alternative to the completely stainless steel automatic AdBlue™ nozzles on the market. Like these more expensive models, it still reliably shuts off dispensing when the AdBlue tank becomes full to prevent any overspill.

The Piusi ST Box electric diesel transfer pump is a self-contained diesel refuelling pump kit, in a sturdy steel locking box designed for secure and safe refuelling activities. Depending upon the refuelling location, this Piusi fuel pump can be mounted on either a static or mobile fuel storage tank that is the designated vehicle refuelling point. These diesel fuel transfer pumps are available in Basic and Pro versions depending upon the customer's individual requirements. Both options include a fuel dispensing pump, automatic nozzle, flow meter, hose and filter.

The Pro version of the electric fuel transfer pump is able to control access to the pump via coded keys thanks to the incorporated Access 85, which prevents unauthorised users from drawing fuel. It also supports integration of a level sensor to stop the pump should the fuel level drop too low in the bunded fuel tank. Also included in the Pro model is a nozzle holder with pump start lever, that automatically turns the pump off when the nozzle is put back. This combined with the addition of an emergency stop and pump timer creates a very safe, user friendly easy to install diesel fuel dispenser.

The Piusi Self Service B.Smart is an all in one fuel dispenser complete with a comprehensive fuel management system. The self service range of Piusi pumps are sturdy, free standing units with an incorporated diesel transfer pump, automatic nozzle, flow meter and filter.

B.Smart is the first cloud based fuel management system from Piusi, allowing fleet managers the ability to remotely monitor data on their fuel usage in real time. Using an app on the drivers IOS or Android smartphone, the system will only dispense once activated via Bluetooth. Once the transaction is complete, the system will send the data to the cloud via the drivers mobile phone. This enables real-time monitoring of multiple dispensers across unlimited geographical sites through a single user-friendly online web portal via the PC, tablet or smartphone wherever you are, saving the need to compile separate reports or visit all of the sites.

As well as being able to view up to date refuelling transaction reports by date, driver, vehicle, the quantity of fuel taken and dispenser, the fleet manager can also remotely control who can dispense the fuel by adding and removing driver access to the pump. The Piusi B.SMART online fuel management system will only allow those drivers to set with a mobile app licence by the manager to dispense and therefore prevents unauthorised fuel use.
