Piusi Hose & Reels

The Plastic Hose Tail is available in two alternative versions. It can be supplied as a standard Male or Female BSP hose barb, or as a 90° version, which can also be Male or Female. These Piusi plastic hose tails are designed to be used during transfer of AdBlue™, and are suitable for hoses with a 19mm inner diameter.

The Piusi Steel Hose Tail is male hose barb with NBR seals. These hose tails can be used with hoses that have either a 19mm or 25mm inner diameter. 

This Piusi Brass Hose Tail is a heavy pattern type, male hose barb that is supplied with an NBR sealing ‘O’ ring. These brass hose tails are suitable for use on hoses with a 25mm inner diameter.

The Piusi Automatic Closed Water & Air Hose Reel is a spring driven retractable hose reel, designed for commercial water dispensing and air use in garage and workshop environments.

This Piusi hose reel, which is available in 8mm or 10mm inlet versions, benefits from a compact yet sturdy structure and a hose stop for locking the textile braid reinforced hose at the required length.

The Piusi Automatic Open Water and Air Hose Reel is a spring driven rectractable hose reel, designed for professional air use and water dispensing in garage and workshop applications.

This hose reel, which is available with a 1/2" or a 3/8" textile braid reinforced hose, benefits from a compact yet sturdy steel structure and a hose stop for locking at the required length. 

The Piusi AdBlue™ Hose Reel through careful design has been constructed to be able to limit pressure loss and facilitate use, even for high flow AdBlue pump applications. These retractable hose reels can be supplied either as a bare hose reel or complete with hose, and are designed for mounting onto a wall or inside an AdBlue™ storage tank. 

The AdBlue hose reel without hose will include a 3/4” BSP M swivel inlet connection, a hose tail fitting and a hose fastening clamp for easy connection. 

The Piusi Closed Automatic Oil Hose Reel is specifically designed for use in garage and workshop applications within high pressure oil transfer installations. Thanks to its sturdy steel enclosed structure and four way roller system to prevent friction wear to the hose when unrolling, this retractable oil hose reel is made to last even in heavy duty environments.

The Piusi closed oil reels also benefit from a hose stop for locking the hose at the desired length and a practical fixed support plate for wall mounting without any fuss.

This Piusi AdBlue™ Suction Hose is a quality solution designed for use with all electric AdBlue™ (or DEF as it is otherwise known) pump kits and installations. This particular suction hose is supplied as standard on all Suzzara Blue electric AdBlue pump kits in a 1.5m length, and is often specified on AdBlue™ storage tanks. This Piusi AdBlue™ hose can be supplied either open ended or in a coil depending upon customer requirements.
