Piusi Flipper Car AdBlue Pump Kit

The Piusi SB325_X AdBlue™ Nozzle is a lightweight, plastic automatic nozzle complete with breakway stainless steel spout for use with AdBlue pumping systems. The breakaway spout mechanism means that if the vehicle accidently drives away with the nozzle still positioned in the vehicle's fill point, the spout will detach from the nozzle. This means that damage will be limited to the spout only which can be replaced as a spare part, and the AdBlue pump system connected to the storage tank will not be pulled away. 

Constructed of plastic but with a sturdy, stainless steel spout, this Piusi nozzle is a lightweight, cost effective alternative to the completely stainless steel automatic AdBlue™ nozzles on the market. Like these more expensive models, it still reliably shuts off dispensing when the AdBlue tank becomes full to prevent any overspill.

There is also a version of the SB325_X with added magnetic miss-filling spout to prevent AdBlue from being put in the diesel tank. This ensures that the AdBlue™ dispensing nozzle can only release fluid into a fill point that has a partnering magnetic adaptor fitted into it. The Piusi Depuroil is a mobile filtration unit for de-contaminating oils by removing debris and particles from the fluid. This oil filtration system comes in the form of a sturdy trolley unit with wheels enabling the unit to be easily transported. It has an integrated particle filter cannister and a pressure gauge to warn of a filter blockage and that the cannister needs to be replaced (one replacement cannister is supplied. As well as a Viscomat pump, it comes with a suction hose and strainer, delivery hose with a dispensing tube. and a support holder for the suction hose and dispensing valve allowing neat and compact storage.

The Piusi Depuroil fuel conditioner is commonly used for cleaning out waste oil tanks as well as filtering used machinery oil and vehicle oil so that it can be recycled and reused.

The Piusi Vacu-Drainer Oil Extractor are portable waste engine/transmission oil draining unit designed for use under vehicle lift. The Vacu-drainer is for retrieving oil direct from the engine via air operated suction probes. Thanks to the wheel mounted trolley, these Piusi oil drainers are a handy and mobile piece of kit that can be easily moved from one bay to another.

These oil extractors are comprised of a height adjustable 12 litre waste oil bowl with a filter drain grill to remove any large debris, and a 80 litre recovery tank. The recovery tank has a visual level gauge for effortlessly identifying the tank contents and a connected discharge pipe and valve for emptying the oil out when full.

The Piusi Suzzara Blue 3 Basic is an improved and redesigned version of the market known Suzzara Blue AdBlue™ IBC Pump Kit.  This new stainless steel plated AdBlue™ transfer pump solution from the Italian manufacturer Piusi is different from competing products on the market thanks to its robust and sturdy roll bar enclosure, which protects the pump from accidental impact. Designed as a ready to go solution for the dispensing of AdBlue™ (DEF) specifically from an IBC, this AdBlue™ IBC pump kit comes with a self-priming membrane Piusi AdBlue™ pump, manual nozzle, delivery and suction hose and IBC connector. In response to market requirements, we also supply a “hybrid” version which comes with an automatic nozzle to shut off when the tank is full.

The Suzzara Blue 3 Basic AdBlue™ pump kit can be mounted securely onto the IBC with the integrated locking bracket to ensure the Piusi pump kit cannot be easily pulled off under force. It also benefits from a large practical hose holder allowing the hose to be rolled securely and neatly, and a nozzle holster with a removable drip cup for easy cleaning.

Depending on user requirements, this IBC AdBlue™ pump kit is available with a choice of low voltage or electric AdBlue™ pump.
