Piusi EX75 ATEX Fuel Transfer Pump (12v)

This Piusi AdBlue™ Delivery Hose is designed for use with all AdBlue™ (or DEF as it is also referred to) electric pump kits and installations. This is the AdBlue™ hose supplied as standard on all electric Suzzara Blue AdBlue™ Pump kits and is often specified on AdBlue™ storage tanks. This AdBlue™ delivery hose can be supplied either open ended, which is standard, or as part of a bespoke assembly.

The Cim-Tek Hydrosorb Fuel Tank Filter is an industry known filter that removes water and particles up to 10 micron by trapping it in its resin coated pleated paper element. These fuel storage tank filters have a spin on cannister element, enabling the diesel filter element to be easily removed and replaced once it becomes full. The Cim-Tek fuel filter can be easily fitted to the suction or delivery of a pump installation on storage tanks for refuelling vehicles, lorries, agricultural and plant machinery. 

The Cim-Tek 70063 fuel tank filter is designed for higher flow rate pump systems up to 110lpm. If a lower flow version of this Cim Tek Hydrosorb filter would be more suitable for your application, see the 70062 filter.

Cim-Tek Hydrosorb fuel tank filter includes two parts, static filter adapter (head) and an element. The All Cim-Tek filter components, including the replacement Cim-Tek 70063 element, are available individually as replacements.

The TigerLoop® Bio De-aerator can remove gas/air bubbles out of kerosene, gas oil and biofuel up to B100. By doing this, the TigerLoop oil de-aerator helps to prevent problems experienced by the pump and nozzle that result from air in the fuel system. The TigerLoop® de-aerator for bio is also constructed of metal materials and comes with a connection to safely remove vapours via a tube, allowing it to be suitable for use in and outdoors.

This Piusi wall mounted diesel transfer pump comes with the new K600 B/3 pulse meter that has an integrated digital local display. This Piusi diesel pump kit has been specially designed to include the water filter, which is required for most vehicles being refuelled to prevent any damage from happening – the kit comes with either a 10 or 30 micron water filter, depending on your individual needs. This diesel transfer pump comes equipped with a hose, nozzle, nozzle support and plate for the kit to be mounted onto the tank or a wall, as well as the new K600 B/3 pulse meter. This new pulse meter has a 80mm digital display screen and a variable pulse output ratio, which means that a remote display is no longer needed in order to connect the kit to a non-Piusi fuel management system. 

These electric fuel transfer pump kits can be supplied in various configurations, with a choice of flow rate for the pump and nozzle, as well as the level of filtration required for the application. 12v fuel transfer pump and main powered versions of these fuel dispensers are also available, so both mobile and static refuelling from a bunded diesel tank can be accomplished.
