Piusi EX50 ATEX Drum Fuel Transfer Pump Kit

The Piusi SB325_X AdBlue™ Nozzle is a lightweight, plastic automatic nozzle with a stainless steel breakaway spout for use with AdBlue pump systems. The breakaway spout mechanism ensures that if the vehicle accidently drives away leaving the nozzle still  in the vehicle's fill point, the spout will detach from the body of the nozzle. This means that damage will be limited to the spout only which can be replaced as a spare part, and the AdBlue pump system on the storage tank will not be pulled away with the force. Thanks to the integrated K24 digital flow meter, this AdBlue™ nozzle has the added functionality for the user to conveniently view how much fluid has been dispensed into the vehicle.

Made from lightweight plastic but with a sturdy stainless steel spout, this Piusi nozzle is a cost effective alternative to the completely stainless steel automatic AdBlue™ nozzles previously only available on the market. Like these more expensive models, it still reliably shuts off dispensing when the AdBlue tank becomes full to prevent any overspill.

There is also a version of the SB325_X with added magnetic miss-filling spout to prevent AdBlue from being put in the diesel tank. This ensures that the AdBlue™ dispensing nozzle can only release fluid into a fill point that has a partnering magnetic adaptor fitted into it. The TigerLoop® Bio De-aerator can remove gas/air bubbles out of kerosene, gas oil and biofuel up to B100. By doing this, the TigerLoop oil de-aerator helps to prevent problems experienced by the pump and nozzle that result from air in the fuel system. The TigerLoop® de-aerator for bio is also constructed of metal materials and comes with a connection to safely remove vapours via a tube, allowing it to be suitable for use in and outdoors.

The Piusi Suzzara Blue 3 Basic is an improved and redesigned version of the market known Suzzara Blue AdBlue™ IBC Pump Kit.  This new stainless steel plated AdBlue™ transfer pump solution from the Italian manufacturer Piusi is different from competing products on the market thanks to its robust and sturdy roll bar enclosure, which protects the pump from accidental impact. Designed as a ready to go solution for the dispensing of AdBlue™ (DEF) specifically from an IBC, this AdBlue™ IBC pump kit comes with a self-priming membrane Piusi AdBlue™ pump, manual nozzle, delivery and suction hose and IBC connector. In response to market requirements, we also supply a “hybrid” version which comes with an automatic nozzle to shut off when the tank is full.

The Suzzara Blue 3 Basic AdBlue™ pump kit can be mounted securely onto the IBC with the integrated locking bracket to ensure the Piusi pump kit cannot be easily pulled off under force. It also benefits from a large practical hose holder allowing the hose to be rolled securely and neatly, and a nozzle holster with a removable drip cup for easy cleaning.

Depending on user requirements, this IBC AdBlue™ pump kit is available with a choice of low voltage or electric AdBlue™ pump. If you want to monitor how much you are dispensing, then the Suzzara Blue 3 Pro IBC AdBlue™ pump kit comes with the addition of a flow meter, as does the Suzzara Blue 3 Pure Pro AdBlue™ IBC Pump Kit also complete with a filter.
