Piusi Dispensing Nozzles

The Piusi SB325_X AdBlue™ Magnetic Nozzle is designed for use in conjunction with the ELAFIX 40 adaptor in order to prevent the costly miss-filling of AdBlue into the diesel tank. This magnetic spout nozzle will only allow fluid to pass once it has been magnetically opened by an AdBlue magnetic adaptor fitted within the vehicle filler neck. Therefore, by using this AdBlue nozzle you cannot physically dispense into the wrong tank, as the diesel fill point will not contain a magnet.

The miss-filling of AdBlue™ into the diesel tank is a common issue and will be costly for the vehicle owner to put right. AdBlue™ is not compatible with many materials and miss-filling can corrode the pipework and components of a fuel system – resulting in thousands of pounds of damage, as well as having to pay for the removal of AdBlue™ from the tank.

This AdBlue dispensing nozzle also benefits from a breakaway spout mechanism. This means that if the vehicle accidently drives away with the nozzle still positioned in the vehicle's fill point, the spout will detach from the nozzle. This means that damage will be limited to the spout only which can be replaced as a spare part, and the AdBlue pump system connected to the storage tank will not be pulled away. Thanks to the integrated K24 digital flow meter, this AdBlue™ nozzle has the added functionality for the user to conveniently view how much fluid has been dispensed into the vehicle.

Constructed of plastic but with a sturdy, stainless steel spout, this Piusi nozzle is a lightweight, cost effective alternative to the completely stainless steel automatic AdBlue™ nozzles on the market. Like these more expensive models, it still reliably shuts off dispensing when the AdBlue tank becomes full to prevent any overspill.

The Piusi A280 High Speed Diesel Nozzle is designed for the high flow refuelling of large vehicles and plant and agricultural machinery that take longer to refill due to their tank size. Thanks to its large bore spout, this is the highest flow rate automatic fuel dispensing nozzle in the Piusi range, and also benefits from a large hand opening to accommodate for the user wearing gloves. This fuel pump nozzle has an automatic shut-off mechanism that prevents the nozzle from dispensing any further fuel once the vehicle’s tank is full, therefore stopping an overspill.

The Piusi A140 diesel nozzle is automatic fuel nozzle design for private, non-resale refuelling of vehicles. This standard automatic diesel nozzle has strong aluminium housing encased in rubber that provides extra protection and makes the grip more comfortable even at low temperature.  As an automatic fuel pump nozzle, it will shut off when the tank is full, preventing an overfill scenario and allowing the safe use of the integrated 3 positions stay open latch. The Piusi Auto 140 has higher flow rate compared to A120 which makes it a perfect solution for high speed, powered diesel pump systems such as the Piusi E140 pump, and for refuelling vehicles with larger tanks such as large agricultural and plant machinery.

The Piusi standard automatic diesel nozzle is strong and reliable with a higher flow rate compared to A60 nozzle, making it a perfect solution for refuelling larger vehicles such as lorries, agriculture and plant machinery.

The Piusi Automatic Stainless Steel AdBlue™ Nozzle is used for the dispensing of urea, or DEF as it is referred to in the US. As an automatic nozzle, it is designed to shut off the flow when the tank is full, allowing the safe use of the integrated stay open latch. These AdBlue™ nozzles are constructed of stainless steel with a plastic hand guard for comfort, and are supplied with a 3⁄4” swivel hose tail for easy hose connection. This AdBlue™ dispensing nozzle is often used in the Suzzara Blue AdBlue pump kits.

Suzzara Blue AdBlue™ nozzle is a cost effective, manual AdBlue™ nozzle that has been designed to work efficiently within an installation for urea, or DEF as it is known in the US. This Piusi nozzle can be used in any type of AdBlue pump or gravity system, provided that it does not exceed its maximum flow rate of 80 litres per minute. These AdBlue™ nozzles have a white polypropylene construction with a stainless steel spout, and come with an integral hook for hanging without a holster. This is the AdBlue dispensing nozzle that comes with the Suzzara Blue AdBlue pump kits.

The Piusi Automatic ATEX Fuel Nozzles have been specially designed for the safe dispensing of diesel, petrol or kerosene in flammable environments thanks to its ATEX certification. The automatic shut-off mechanism means that these petrol and diesel nozzles stop further fuel from being released out of the spout once the vehicle tank is full, therefore preventing an overflow. These automatic fuel dispensing nozzles are suitable for use with non-resale pumping systems i.e. where private refuelling takes place.
