The K33 ATEX is a mechanical flow meter suitable for the monitoring of diesel, gasoline and kerosene. For non-commercial use, the K33 ATEX meets the ATEX requirements for precise measurement of the quantity of Gasoline, kerosene and diesel dispensed in environments with a high risk of explosion.

The ATEX mechanical flow meter has a 3-digit partial indicator, and a 6 digit totaliser.

PRECISION AND QUALITY

The K33 ATEX mechanical flow meter for gasoline, kerosene and diesel has been designed to ensure precise measurement of the amount of fuel dispensed. Easy to calibrate and install, the K33 ATEX flow meter can monitor the quantity of fuel dispensed for a maximum flow rate of 20-120 l/min and with a maximum working pressure of the pump of 3.5 bar. In addition, it can guarantee a burst pressure of 28 bar with a metering accuracy of +/- 1%.

RELIABILITY

The K33 ATEX mechanical flow meter for gasoline, kerosene and diesel is suitable for application to pumps or gasoline dispensers and is suitable for those who are looking for a simple and economic product, without particular need for control over the fleet of vehicles. The K33 ATEX can be installed in any position on both rigid and flexible pipes, as well as directly on pumps or tanks. It can also be used by gravity, thanks to its low resistance to flow.

The K33 ATEX as an ATEX flow meter is included in group II, category 2 G IIB T=85°C (T6), and therefore it is suitable for working in areas classified as "1" and "2" according to directive 99/92/EC.

The Piusi Self Service MC AdBlue™ Management System is a sturdy, freestanding AdBlue™ dispenser complete with fluid monitoring capabilities for dispensing from an AdBlue storage tank™. Like the industry known Piusi fuel management systems, the Self Service for AdBlue™ records transaction data such as user, date, time and quantity dispensed for the last 255 transactions, providing the manager with important information as to where their AdBlue is being used. To enhance security, the system limits access to the integrated AdBlue™ pump to authorised users via pin code or electronic key (if purchased), which prevents just anyone from picking up the nozzle and dispensing AdBlue into their vehicle. 

This AdBlue™ dispenser comes with 6m delivery hose, pulse meter and SB325 automatic nozzle with a breakaway spout mechanism for cheap and easy repair if the vehicle drives off with the nozzle in the fill point. Also included is a pump start/stop nozzle holster and pre-set dispense feature, and has the ability to be connected to an optional AdBlue™ Ocio tank level gauge to cut off the pump when the fluid reaches a certain low level. 

The Piusi Self Service MC AdBlue™ Management System is a simple, easy to use and cost-effective solution for when the user requires the full pumping equipment and would benefit from transaction data and security. Whereas these stand-alone management systems show transaction data on the unit’s screen; there is an optional Self Service Management 2018 software package that permits the exporting of data to a local PC for analysis.

The Piusi Self 3000 is a manual fuel nozzle designed for the dispensing of diesel and oil at high flow rates and pressure conditions than the Self 2000. This oil and diesel nozzle is a cost effective solution suitable for any type of pumping or gravity system that operates within 150 litres per minute. These reliable Self 3000 fuel dispensing nozzles are constructed of strong die cast aluminium, and are equipped with a plastic anti shock body/handle protector for added comfort. The Piusi Self 3000 is a popular refuelling nozzle with agricultural and plant customers where in the field refuelling is common.

The SAMOA Polaris Series transfer Pump is a self priming diesel pump with self-adjustable vanes, Pump body made of cast-iron with rustproof treatment, rotor of sintered steel and vanes of acetal resin. The pumps include a by-pass valve and a built in filter with easy access for cleaning.  The pump can be mounted vertically or horizontally and has 1.8m cable with plug.
