The Piusi Cube 56 electric diesel transfer pump is an Italian manufactured, market leading refuelling pump developed for the dispensing of diesel fuel for non-resale refuelling of fleets, vehicles and machinery. This fully enclosed, Piusi electric fuel transfer pump unit comes complete with meter, nozzle and hose, allowing the fast, safe refuelling of vehicles, as well as the measuring of the quantities of fuel dispensed. The Piusi CF100 Fuel Tank Filter can be installed at either end of a fuel dispensing system to remove particles from the diesel or oil being transferred. Thanks to its simple and quick spin on cartridge, this oil and diesel filter can be easily replaced once the flow rate slows and the filter becomes full.

Loxeal 18-10 Pipe Sealant is an anaerobic methacrylate adhesive that is easy to dismantle using hand tools once set, replacing the need for PTFE tape. This thread sealant is designed for the sealing of metal threaded pipe joints on equipment that may need to be removed from the installation for maintenance or replacement. For example, sealing hoses into pumps and nozzles as serviceability is required.

Loxeal 18-10 pipe thread sealant is shock and vibration resistant, and its sealing properties are unaffected between -55°C to +150°C. Its thixotropic property prevents migration from thread of the seal before or during curing, and easy dismantling is assured even after years.

The Bypass 3000 DC portable diesel transfer pump is required when only 12v or 24v power supply is available. This Piusi fuel pump is able to be mounted in various positions and has a range of optional accessories allowing a number of connection configurations (see accessories table). Due to the compact size and flexibility of these 12 volt fuel transfer pumps, they can be used for a number of applications including being installed onboard earth moving machinery and in bowsers or portable tanks for mobile refuelling in the agricultural, construction and off-road markets.

This Italian made 24v and 12v diesel transfer pump offers high performance and has been built to meet stringent OEM quality requirements such as being able to handle excessive vibrations common on off-road machinery. 

Thanks to its strong DC brush motor, the BP 3000 24v and 12v diesel transfer pumps have pump flow capabilities of up to 50ltr per min, whilst still tolerating any back pressure that may occur. This battery powered diesel dispensing pump is available with vertical push fits ports or horizontal push fit or threaded ports. The horizontal BP3000 has the same flow direction as the traditional Piusi Bypass 2000 refuelling pump, which when looking at the pump head is right to left, whereas the vertical is left to right.
