Piusi Automatic Diesel Hose Reel

The Husky X-Mate Diesel Nozzle is the entry level, automatic shut off model within the Husky nozzle range. Thanks to its smaller spout and good flow rates, it is ideal for the safe and efficiency refuelling of small commercial vehicles and passenger cars. As with all Husky fuel nozzles, the X-Mate comes with the patented Flo-stop® function for shutting off flow when the spout is raised above the horizontal or falls out the tank.

Two versions are available of this particular Husky nozzle; a smaller spout OD model for refuelling vehicles with difficult fill points and a larger OD model for standard applications. These automatic fuel pump nozzles come as standard with the patented Stream Shaper®; a device that reduces turbulence and velocity for a straighter fuel flow, ensuring less splash back spillage.

This fuel nozzle also benefits from a reinforced spout bushing and a sensing port that is positioned behind the spout end, ensuring that even when the spout is subject to excessive use, its sensitivity is not heightened causing nuisance click offs.

The Alloy Diesel Bowl Filter is constructed from heavy duty aluminium and has an incorporated stainless steel basket strainer. It is a 180 micron inline filter, fitted with a bottom drain plug to easily remove the collection of impurities which have been filtered out. This diesel particle filter, also suitable for biodiesel up to B30, has a maximum flow rate of 300lpm and a maximum pressure of 6.5 bar.

The Plastic Tank Vent Cap is designed to fit over a 2” male thread on the top of an above ground fuel storage tank or drum to provide ventilation. These fuel tank vent caps are primarily used on heating oil tanks, and come with an additional 1 ½” female top thread that allows them a float gauge to be easily screwed into the top of it.

There is no internal thread on the bottom of this oil tank vent cap, so two screws are provided either side of the cap to allow you to cut into the male thread on the tank and hold it in place.

The Piusi Wall Mounted fuel transfer pumps are a simple, ready to fit refuelling solution, which can be connected to new or existing static or mobile fuel storage tanks. This Piusi diesel pump unit, which comes complete with a hose, nozzle and Pisui K33 flow meter, can also be mounted directly onto the tank or on a wall piped back into a tank. These diesel transfer pumps are popular for the refuelling of fleets of vehicles and agricultural machinery, but can also be used in any non-resale refuelling environment due to their compact size and flexible nature.

This versatile electric fuel dispenser kit can be supplied in various configurations, which differ depending upon the pump and nozzle flow rate, and whether metering is required. As well as a mains powered option, it is also available with a Panther 12v diesel transfer pump which is a perfect solution if you do not have access to main power.
