The Piusi EXGO! ATEX fuel pump is a 12v fuel transfer pump for flammable liquids. Designed to be OEM integrated into a fuel system in a zone one environment, these ATEX pumps are the ideal solution for small mobile tanks and refuelling small vehicles. This petrol transfer pump has a sturdy, cast iron body, and thanks to its quality manufacturing has a long life span. This 12 volt fuel transfer pump has an integrated bypass valve and thermal protected motor.

Due to regulations this unit is not supplied with battery connectors and is required to be connected into a 12v supply by a qualified electrician.

From Piusi is the EX50 ATEX approved 230v or 12v fuel transfer pump, which has taken our product range into the market for flammable liquids. Designed for the mobile and static transfer of petrol, kerosene and diesel in a zone one environment, these ATEX pumps satisfy the European directives for explosion proof equipment. This petrol transfer pump has a sturdy, cast iron body, and thanks to its quality manufacturing has a long life span. Incorporated in the 12 volt fuel transfer pump body is an integrated bypass valve.

These ATEX pumps are available in mains or low voltage, and are also available as part of a drum kit that comes with drum connector and nozzle holster. This Italian made 230v and 12v fuel transfer pump has an anti-noise filter which makes the pump application more convenient with a low level of noise.

The Piusi Ocio Fuel Tank Gauge is a continuous reading, hydrostatic digital tank level monitoring device designed primarily for commercial diesel fuel tanks. Once calibrated using the specific tank measurements, the Piusi Ocio electronically displays the tank level reading in mm, litre or percentage depending upon the user preference.

This fuel tank level gauge allows the user to configure low and high level status alerts, which upon activation causes the LED screen to flash to visually alert the user that the level has been reached for them to take action. It also benefits from two configurable relays for sending the high/low level alert statuses to other equipment e.g. a low level tank alarm for an audiable alert, a remote building management system or to the pump on the tank to turn it off e.g. in day tank filling.

The Piusi Ocio gauge is a versatile fuel tank level indicator suitable for use on vertical cylindrical, horizontal cylindrical and rectangular tanks up to 4m high. Whilst the standard model is designed primarily for diesel, there is an AdBlue™ tank gauge version available and a kit to make the standard Ocio compatible with oil popular in garage and workshop environments. There is also a 4-20ma output model available to allow you to send the level readings to a building management system, whereas the standard model would only send the set high/level alarm statuses to the BMS.

The Fill-Rite Series 900 mechanical fuel flow meter is a reliable solution for measuring how much diesel, petrol, kerosene and biodiesel up to B30 has been dispensed. It operates via a nutating disk system and clearly displays quantities up to 9999 litres on the fuel counter face. The face on this easy to install and calibrate diesel fuel flow meter is also able to be rotated 90 degrees to increase the flexibility of the installation.

Approved to EX II 2G c T6, the Series 900 fuel counter meter is certified safe for the dispensing of flammable liquids and the transfer of fuel in potentially explosive environments. These petrol and diesel flow meters are also capable of performing accurately in gravity as well as pump systems, thanks to its low minimum flow rate.

The ZVA 25 Fuel Pump Nozzle is a high quality, heavy duty automatic petrol and diesel nozzle approved for refuelling in resale pumping applications. Thanks to the sensor in the spout that detects when the vehicle tank is full, the nozzle automatically shuts off to prevent fuel from spilling out. With a maximum flow rate of 140 litres per minute, the ZVA 25 is a high flow auto fuel nozzle designed for applications where large volumes of diesel or petrol need to be dispensed at a time.

ZVA nozzles are a widely recognised brand of forecourt style models, known for their careful and quality design and sturdy manufacturing. This particular nozzle benefits from a two position stay open latch, a No 4 trigger guard and a black scuff guard for nozzle protection.

The Piusi Panther EX56 is an ATEX version of Piusi's legendary Panther 56 pump. The pump is built to a high standard with high quality materials to so that it works in harsh conditions. All seals are made of Viton for reliability in extreme temperatures. Thanks to it's high pressure output, the EX56 can deliver it's flow rate at the nozzle, allowing the pump to be used in an array of configurations.

The ATEX motor is continuous duty S1 under all conditions, and thanks to it's durability is a perfect choice for a long lasting transfer pump.

The Panther EX56 ATEX transfer pump is available in a variety of configurations, including a 2" BSP adaptor which allows the pump to be mounted smoothly and securely by use of it's union lock ring. This lock ring allows the pump to be anchored to the tank by using a padlock.

The EX75 is a higher flow version of the original Piusi EX50 ATEX approved fuel transfer pump. Designed specifically for the safe and efficient transfer of flammable liquids in a zone one environment, the EX75 12v fuel transfer pump satisfies the European directive for explosion proof equipment.

Primarily used as a petrol transfer pump, this model benefits from a sturdy, cast iron body and Italian quality manufacturing ensuring a long working life. It can be used for the mobile and static transfer of petrol, kerosene and diesel. This 12v fuel transfer pump is versatile and easy and safe to use in highly flammable environment.

The Pressure Regulating Anti-Syphon Valve from Lafon ensures the smooth running of a pumping system connected to an above ground storage tank. This pressure regulating valve is designed to avoid accidently emptying the tank by overloading the pump and delivery system, thereby limiting product loss and site pollution.

Constructed from aluminium and copper-aluminium alloy with special hydrocarbon seals, the pressure regulating valve prevents head loss and regulates and stabilises the flow with no hammering effect. Thanks to their tri-flange connection, these pressure regulating valves can be removed and serviced without disturbing the installation’s pipe work.

The Piusi Ocio Desk Fuel Tank Gauge software gives the user the ability to connect new or existing Ocio gauges directly to the PC by means of a USB interface. Depending upon the version selected, the Piusi Ocio Desk software can connect up to 12 Ocio contents gauges, enabling the user to view the tank levels in percentage, level or volume at the convenience of their own desk. This Piusi fuel tank gauge software also displays both current and historic tank level data graphically, which can be used to identify any unusual results. For added usability, the software can be set up to update at a specified time interval or variation in the tank level or volume. 

The Piusi EX50 ATEX approved 12v fuel transfer pump kit is designed for the mobile dispensing of petrol, kerosene and diesel. These ATEX pumps, which come with either auto or manual nozzle, filter, delivery hose and the option of a flow meter, are fully compliant with the European standards for dispensing flammable liquids. Thanks to its 2” quick coupling and telescopic down tube, this Piusi fuel pump unit is ideal for the transfer of fuel from a drum in a zone one environment.

This cast iron petrol transfer pump with integrated bypass valve, check valve and pressure relief valve is also available as an individual pump. This Italian made 12v fuel transfer pump has an anti-noise filter which makes the pump application more convenient with a low level of noise. This fuel transfer pump kit is also available with a Piusi K33 flow meter for measuring the exact quantity of the dispensed fuel.

The Quantum Manual Hydrostatic Fuel Tank Gauge is new to our range of commercial tank gauges and boasts a number of beneficial factors – one of which being it requires no power, and has a hand pump mechanism which is used to reveal the current tank contents.

Constructed from 304 grade stainless steel, this fuel tank contents gauge gives readings in litres/gallons, is suitable for any shape tank with a maximum height of 8 meters and has a high accuracy of +/-1% at full scale. Please note, this fuel tank level gauge must be calibrated to the size of your tank.

The Quantum Battery Operated Hydrostatic Fuel Tank Gauge is a new addition to our commercial tank gauge range and has a number of beneficial features. Designed for showing the tank’s contents in litres/gallons, this hydrostatic fuel tank contents gauge has a push to read button, which generates a battery powered air compressor to gain the current reading. The large square mechanical display also shows a battery power meter – enabling you to see when the batteries for your tank gauge need changing.

The Quantum fuel tank level gauge can be used with any shape tank with a maximum tank height of 8 meters, has a high accuracy of +/-1% and can be positioned up to 200m away from the tank.
