The Piusi Automatic ATEX Fuel Nozzles have been specially designed for the safe dispensing of diesel, petrol or kerosene in flammable environments thanks to its ATEX certification. The automatic shut-off mechanism means that these petrol and diesel nozzles stop further fuel from being released out of the spout once the vehicle tank is full, therefore preventing an overflow. These automatic fuel dispensing nozzles are suitable for use with non-resale pumping systems i.e. where private refuelling takes place. The Automatic 60 ATEX nozzle is commonly used alongside the Piusi EX50 ATEX Pump, and the Automatic 140 ATEX nozzle is for filling large agricultural and plant machinery alongside the Piusi EX140 ATEX Pump.

The Piusi CFD 70-30 Water Captor Fuel Tank Filter removes both water and particles out of diesel to a micron rating of 30. This diesel storage tank filter can be installed before or after the pump, and has a spin on cartridge, which makes it easy to be replaced when it starts to get full.

The Husky Safe-T-Break® couplings are designed to disconnect the refuelling system, so that the hose breaks off from the pump in the event where a vehicle drives off with the nozzle still attached to the fill point.

These Safe-T-Breaks® stop the whole pump system being pulled away from the installation, therefore preventing fuel from spilling out onto the forecourt. This type of Husky breakaway coupling is re-usable, and can therefore help to prevent damage and fuel spillages again and again. Watch this video on how to reconnect the coupling. 

The standard models of the Safe-T-Break® couplings are designed for use with diesel, with a 1" ATEX approved version available for petrol.

The K24 Turbine Fuel Pulse Meter is a digital turbine pulse meter, designed for measuring the transfer of diesel and flammable liquids such as petrol.

This K24 digitial pulse meter has an aluminium body making it very sturdy and durable, and is also bi-directional allowing the flow to be counted either way. These fuel flow meters with pulse output have no electronic display as they are used to interface consumption information with external management systems, or indicators allowing the information to be read and stored elsewhere. The K24 turbine pulse meter can be used in flammable environments, and is also for use with a non commercial fuel delivery pump either part of, or externally inline.

The Piusi CFD 150-30 Water Captor Fuel Tank Filter can be fitted to both the suction and delivery side of the system, ensuring that the diesel that is transferred is free of particles and water. Due to it having a maximum flow rate of 150lpm, this fuel storage tank filter is popular amongst high flow pumping systems. This diesel filter is installed simply by spinning on the cartridge, making replacing the filter an easy task. The Piusi CFD 150-30 filter element only is available in the accessories table for when the original gets full. 

The Metal PRV Tank Vent Valve has an integrated poppet type valve designed to prevent fuel vapours from escaping under normal operating conditions. This Teflon coated aluminium pressure vacuum vent valve is fitted on top of risers on stage 1B vapour recovery systems and static tanks.

The Piusi Access 85 self install retail pack is a fuel tank security system supplied with all items required to self install the unit on an existing fuel storage tank. The Access 85 is a pump control, which restricts who is able to dispense fuel using an electronic key system. This Piusi fuel security unit is able to register up to 85 users as authorised magnetic key holders, and will only allow refueling to be carried out with these keys.

The unit has additional features including an emergency stop button and a variable delivery timer. The Access 85 is the ideal solution when a user requires the security benefits of a fuel management system, but finds their reporting software costly and unnecessary.

Included in the package is the Access 85, a manager key, a user key, instructions, 1m of twin and earth and the necessary bolts and screws.

The K33 ATEX is a mechanical flow meter suitable for the monitoring of diesel, gasoline and kerosene. For non-commercial use, the K33 ATEX meets the ATEX requirements for precise measurement of the quantity of Gasoline, kerosene and diesel dispensed in environments with a high risk of explosion.

The ATEX mechanical flow meter has a 3-digit partial indicator, and a 6 digit totaliser.

PRECISION AND QUALITY

The K33 ATEX mechanical flow meter for gasoline, kerosene and diesel has been designed to ensure precise measurement of the amount of fuel dispensed. Easy to calibrate and install, the K33 ATEX flow meter can monitor the quantity of fuel dispensed for a maximum flow rate of 20-120 l/min and with a maximum working pressure of the pump of 3.5 bar. In addition, it can guarantee a burst pressure of 28 bar with a metering accuracy of +/- 1%.

RELIABILITY

The K33 ATEX mechanical flow meter for gasoline, kerosene and diesel is suitable for application to pumps or gasoline dispensers and is suitable for those who are looking for a simple and economic product, without particular need for control over the fleet of vehicles. The K33 ATEX can be installed in any position on both rigid and flexible pipes, as well as directly on pumps or tanks. It can also be used by gravity, thanks to its low resistance to flow.

The K33 ATEX as an ATEX flow meter is included in group II, category 2 G IIB T=85°C (T6), and therefore it is suitable for working in areas classified as "1" and "2" according to directive 99/92/EC.

The Fill-Rite nutating disc mechanical flow meter, 807C features a large & easy to read 3 digit display with a 6 digit totaliser. 

This 3 wheel mechanical meter is suitable for transfer pumps with a flow rate of 20-75 litres per minute and is compatible with a wide range of fluids.
