The Groz Fuel Tank Filter is designed primarily designed for gravity flow conditions, although it can sometimes be fitted to a pump dispensing system depending upon the flow rate. Thanks to its clear plastic bowl, this diesel filter allows the user to identify any debris or particles within the fuel. It also has a drain point at the base of the bowl for the easy removal of filtered contaminants.

These fuel storage tank filters for diesel should be changed when the flow rate of the system starts to slow, as this may be an indication that the filter is full.

The Groz Fuel Tank Filter is designed to filter out both particles and water from fuel in gravity flow systems. However in conditions where the flow rate is slow, this fuel storage tank filter can also work with a pump. This diesel filter enables the inspection of the debris or water present thanks to its transparent bowl, and also allows the user to easily remove the filtered matter. 

The Plastic PRV Tank Vent Valve is a poppet type valve designed to stop fuel vapours from escaping under usual operating conditions. This plastic constructed pressure vacuum vent valve is used on static and mobile fuel storage tanks, and comes with a sealing ‘o’ring and metal stem.

The Piusi Self 3000 Fuel Nozzle is specifically intended for the safe delivery of diesel, petrol or kerosene in potentially flammable environments. This is a cost effective petrol and diesel nozzle suitable for private pump and gravity applications, which is commonly used with the Piusi EX50 ATEX pump. This particular fuel dispensing nozzle benefits from an integral hook for hanging the nozzle without a holster and a sturdy aluminium body with plastic handle protector.

The Piusi Water Captor Fuel Filter Element is a 30 micron replacement element, which is available in two options. For the 70lpm Piusi Water Captor, the 70lpm element is the correct replacement, and the 150lpm Piusi Water Captor fuel filter requires the 150lpm element.

The Piusi CF60 Fuel Tank Filter can be fitted to both the suction and delivery systems to ensure that clean, particle free fuel is dispensed. This oil and diesel filter has a spin on cartridge for easy installation and replacement. When a flow rate reduction is observed, these fuel storage tank filters for diesel and oil should be replaced to ensure that the filtration of the fuel is maintained. Available in the accessories table is the Piusi CF60 filter element only for replacing the existing one when full. 

The Parker Carbopress Diesel Delivery Hose is a well-known brand of strong and durable fuel hose. Usually supplied as standard on the Piusi pump kits e.g. Cube, ST and Drum range, this diesel hose is often purchased as a replacement for an existing pumping installation. The Parker fuel dispensing hose is available in 4m and 6m assemblies as standard, but can also be purchased in coils or by the metre should you have differing requirements. A petrol version is also available.

The Husky Safe-T-Break® couplings are designed to disconnect the hose from the pumping system, in scenarios where a vehicle drives off with a nozzle still connected to the fill point. These Safe-T-Breaks® stop the installation having the whole pump system ripped out, therefore preventing both damage and spillages of fuel.

This Husky breakaway coupling is not re-usable and should therefore be disposed of after the initial break – a cost effective way of ensuring damage to the system is prevented. 

The standard models of these Safe-T-Break® couplings are designed for use with diesel, with a 3/4" ATEX approved version available for petrol. 

The Goodyear Petrol Delivery Hose whilst designed as a petrol hose, can be also be used for the dispensing of diesel and biodiesel up to B100. This fuel dispensing hose benefits from an excellent fuel and weather resistance with a smooth wipe clean covering. The steel braiding provides strength and durability giving it good crush, kink and cut resistance. These petrol hoses are tested and approved to EN1360.

The Piusi CF100 Fuel Tank Filter can be installed at either end of a fuel dispensing system to remove particles from the diesel or oil being transferred. Thanks to its simple and quick spin on cartridge, this oil and diesel filter can be easily replaced once the flow rate slows and the filter becomes full.

The Piusi CFD 150-30 Water Captor Fuel Tank Filter can be fitted to both the suction and delivery side of the system, ensuring that the diesel that is transferred is free of particles and water. Due to it having a maximum flow rate of 150lpm, this fuel storage tank filter is popular amongst high flow pumping systems. This diesel filter is installed simply by spinning on the cartridge, making replacing the filter an easy task.
