The EX100 fuel transfer pump from Piusi is a heavy duty, self-priming rotary vane pump with ATEX approval. Boasting a higher flow rate than other models in the Piusi ATEX range, the EX100 fuel transfer pump has been designed for quick refilling of larger vehicles and machinery in zone one environments.

Primarily used as a petrol or diesel transfer pump in hazardous environments, the EX100’s versatility allows it to be used with kerosene, AVGAS, AVJET, Aspen 2 and Aspen 4. Italian quality manufacturing and a cast iron body provides reassurance for a long working life in both a static or mobile dispensing system.

Designed for fuel dispensing and transfer, not fuel recirculation systems.

This Piusi wall mounted diesel transfer pump comes with the new K600 B/3 pulse meter that has an integrated digital local display. This Piusi diesel pump kit has been specially designed to include the water filter, which is required for most vehicles being refuelled to prevent any damage from happening – the kit comes with either a 10 or 30 micron water filter, depending on your individual needs. This diesel transfer pump comes equipped with a hose, nozzle, nozzle support and plate for the kit to be mounted onto the tank or a wall, as well as the new K600 B/3 pulse meter. This new pulse meter has a 80mm digital display screen and a variable pulse output ratio, which means that a remote display is no longer needed in order to connect the kit to a non-Piusi fuel management system. 

These electric fuel transfer pump kits can be supplied in various configurations, with a choice of flow rate for the pump and nozzle, as well as the level of filtration required for the application. 12v fuel transfer pump and main powered versions of these fuel dispensers are also available, so both mobile and static refuelling from a bunded diesel tank can be accomplished. They are therefore a popular choice of refuelling pump kit. 

The Filstop 2" Overfill Prevention Valve is designed to act as the fill point for both metal and plastic tanks. The valve physically closes the inlet to the tank when the fuel level inside reaches it's maximum during a fuel delivery. This prevents damage to the tank, and environment as well as the costs associated with cleaning spilt fuel.

The steel tank version screws straight into the 2" BSP Inlet, whereas the plastic version requires a hole to be cut into the top of the tank for fixing via locknut.

This 3" Overfill Prevention Valve is designed to be used with above ground storage tanks to prevent overfilling. The valve physically closes the inlet to the tank when the fuel level inside reaches it's maximum during a fuel delivery. This prevents damage to the tank, and environment as well as the costs associated with cleaning spilt fuel.

The thread is 3" BSPP and can be screwed into a 3" BSPP Female Socket. Thanks to it's design, this valve only takes 75mm of tank space so doesn't effect tank capacity as much as other brands.
