Manual Nozzles

The SAMOA high pressure grease meter guns is fitted with an ergonomic body and trigger designed to reduce operator hand fatigue. It's manufactured in aluminium with a steel insert making it suitable for high pressure. The flexible outlet comes with a 3 jaw connector.

The Meter is a high pressure oval gear grease meter with digital display, 1/8" inlet / outlet connection. Works with up to NLGI-2 grease. Shock proof, Clear to read, Increased durability, Easy to replace batteries and calibration function. Aluminium body, Acetal oval gear technology and Strengthened PC cover. Works with two 1,5 V AAA alkaline batteries.

The Samoa EC30 Metered oil control valve is fitted with an integral flow meter. The large character display make it easy to read, and it's batch trip and totaliser functions make it perfect for dispensing lubricants and antifreeze in a garage environment.

The nozzle has a cam and piston valve design, allowing for great control over the fluid being dispensed. As well as being fitted with a safety latch which must be depressed before fluid can be dispensed, stopping accidental spillage.

The meter is powered by replaceable AAA batteries which are stored in a sealed compartment.

The ZVA 19 manual chemical nozzle is a durable chemical and diesel nozzle suitable for use in both high and low flow rate conditions. The Next/2 Oil Nozzle from Piusi is the Pistol-One, heavy duty oil nozzle with integrated digital flow meter. These oil nozzles benefit from high flow capacity and low pressure losses combined with high metering accuracy. This Piusi nozzle is available with rigid, flexilbe or no spout.

These fuel nozzles therefore offer the user the ability to control the amount of diesel, oil or raps oil delivered at the nozzle end. The models of these diesel and oil nozzles that come with the automatic non-drip spout, come either with a flexible or rigid spout, and prevent any leakage from the end of the spout once you have finished dispensing.

The Piusi K40 Oil Nozzle is a compact, reliable, lightweight flow meter built into the Piusi Easyoil nozzle. This allows users of these fuel nozzles to control the quantity dispensed of diesel, oil or raps oil at the nozzle end. Versions of this model come with a flexible or rigid automatic non-drip spout, which prevents any leakage from the end of the spout after you have finished dispensing. The meter on this diesel and oil nozzle has oval gears and a resettable counter for individual dispensing.

The Piusi K500 Preset Oil Nozzle is designed to perform the pre-selected dispensing of oil through use of its automatic spout. Using this spout, the meter incorporated in the nozzle automatically closes the valve when the pre-selected quantity has been dispensed.
