The Husky 1GS Diesel Nozzle is the most popular automatic shut off version within the Husky nozzle offering. With its higher flow rate, it is designed for the clean and quick refuelling of vehicles with larger tanks, as well as agricultural and plant machinery. Like the other Husky fuel nozzles, the 1GS has an integrated device known as the Flo-stop®, which shuts off the fuel flow when the spout is raised above the horizontal or falls out the tank.

This durable Husky nozzle is fully constructed of aluminium and has the great design feature of the sensing port being positioned behind the spout end. This means that even after excessive use it does not get worn; the most common cause of nuisance click offs.

Another added benefit of this auto shut off fuel nozzle is its anti-air lock feature. This allows for the simple and easy priming of the pump without having to remove the fuel pump nozzle from the end of the hose.

The Italian made 12 volt diesel transfer pump kit offers great high performance, due to its compactness, durability and ease of use.

These kits, which include BP 3000 24v or 12v fuel transfer pumps, are extremely popular in both agricultural and construction markets for refuelling plant machinery, tractors and other vehicles.

All models of these battery powered Piusi diesel pumps come complete with cable and clips for connection to the battery of the vehicle being refuelled, carry handle, manual nozzle, suction/delivery hose and strainer.

There are a number of alternatives available differing based upon whether horizontal or vertical ports are suitable, whether a 24 or 12 volt fuel transfer pump is required.

The SAMOA Polaris Series transfer Pump is a self priming diesel pump with self-adjustable vanes, Pump body made of cast-iron with rustproof treatment, rotor of sintered steel and vanes of acetal resin. The pumps include a by-pass valve and a built in filter with easy access for cleaning.  The pump can be mounted vertically or horizontally and has 1.8m cable with plug.

The Piusi A70 BIO is a new additional to the Piusi range of refuelling nozzles suitable for Biodiesel up to B100. Automatic Nozzles are designed to shut off when the tank being filled is full preventing the risk of an overfill. The nozzle is primarily used in conjunction with the Piusi Panther 72 BIO, though is suitable for use with most diesel pumps up to 72 litres per minute.
