The SpillStop 2” Overfill Prevention Valve protects both the environment and the individual from the effects of fuel spillage. This overfill protection device is suitable for use on both fuel and diesel storage tanks, which may have a pumping or gravity feed system. Once the tank has reached its maximum fuel capacity, this valve will close to prevent any additional fuel from being delivered, thus preventing overfilling. A version of this can be supplied specifically for use on plastic tanks.

The Viscomat Gear is an oil transfer pump, available in the single-phase and three-phase versions.
The available versions are suitable for all those applications requiring an oil transfer pump with high suction capacity in order to transfer fluids with medium-high viscosity.

HIGH PERFORMANCE

The high viscosity of the lubricating oil, unlike other types of fluids, needs to be transferred with greater strength. For this reason, the Viscomat Gear oil transfer system is characterized by the self-priming gear pump, capable of supporting and guaranteeing a steady flow rate and consistency in the flow dispensed with high viscosity, up to 2000 cSt with a flow rate of up to 14 l/min.

The continuous operation guarantees high suction capacity with pressure up to 25 bar. The internal profile gear pump has been designed as a valid and modern solution able to meet the different needs of pumping lube oils in the automotive field.

The sintered steel rotor features gears that provide good strength to the rotor during transfer.

The Piusi EX140 fuel transfer pump is an ATEX approved heavy duty, self-priming rotary vane pump with the highest flow rate in the Piusi ATEX range. This ATEX rated fuel transfer pump has been designed for the fast refuelling of larger vehicles and machinery in zone one environments, in both mobile and static applications.

Often used in hazardous environments as a petrol or diesel transfer pump, this multipurpose ATEX fuel pump can also be used with kerosene, AVGAS, AVJET, Aspen 2 and Aspen 4. The EX140 ensures a long working life with its sturdy, cast iron body from quality Italian manufacturer Piusi.

Designed for fuel dispensing and transfer, not fuel recirculation systems.

Please note: Power cables and connectors are dependent upon the individual site risk assessment for the connection method between the ATEX Piusi fuel pump and power source.

Please note: The EX140 has opposite flow direction from standard Piusi ATEX pumps e.g. the EX50.

The Piusi 3D AdBlue™ Filter is specifically designed for removing debris and crystallisation from AdBlue™. Whilst AdBlue™ is a pure solution, contamination can occur during the filling and transferring process, which can damage the vehicle’s SCR system. An AdBlue™ filter is therefore important to prevent damage to your vehicle and keep it within warranty. This model has a highly efficient technopolymer filtering element within a protective polyamide casing, and has 1” BSP fittings for easy connection to the installation.

Please note: It is recommended that the AdBlue™ filter is changed once a year.
