Oil Transfer Pumps

The Piusi IBC Mounted Oil Transfer Pump Kits are a range of Viscomat pumps fitted to plate designed specifically for dispensing oil from an IBC. Depending upon the viscocity of the oil and flow rate required, there are options of either the Piusi Viscomat 70, 90 or Flowmat oil pumps. These kits come supplied with a Viscomat pump, IBC mounting plate, manual shut off nozzle, oil flow meter and 4 metre delivery hose.

These kits aren't supplied with a suction connector and so this would need to be purchased separately.

The SAMOA Flowstar 230v oil transfer pump kit is an external gear pump of use with lubrication oils. Available with a 10 or 24 bar pump, this mains powered oil pump kit comes with 3 metre delivery hose, a metered control gun and a 3 metre suction hose with foot valve.

The metered control nozzle has an integrated flow meter which has a high accuracy of +/- 0.5%. The nozzle valve has a cam actuated piston-valve, designed for unrestricted flow and superb control of the fluid being dispensed.

The SAMOA Flowstar DC oil transfer pump kit is an external gear pump of use with lubrication oils. Available with 12v or 24v motors, this battery powered oil pump kit comes with 3 metre delivery hose, a control gun and a 3 metre suction hose with foot valve.

If selected, the metered nozzle has an integrated flow meter which has a high accuracy of +/- 0.5%. The nozzle valve has a cam actuated piston-valve, designed for unrestricted flow and superb control of the fluid being dispensed.

The SAMOA flowstar electric oil dispensing trolley is a mobile unit ideal for delivering oil frm a drum to anywhere in the workshop. The unit is comprimised of a trolley, fitted with a self priming gear pump, 3 metre suction hose, 3 metre delivery hose and a metered dispensing nozzle.

The nozzle itself has an integrated flow meter which has a high accuracy of +/- 0.5%. The nozzle valve has a cam actuated piston-valve, designed for unrestricted flow and superb control of the fluid being dispensed.

The SAMOA Flowstar DC portable oil transfer pump is an external gear pump of use with lubrication oils. Available with 12v or 24v motors, this external gear oil pump is compact and easy to install. Thanks to their small size, they can be installed as mobile oil pumps on vehicles, or fitted onto trolleys to be used where mains electricity is not available.

The SAMOA Flowstar series of oil transer pumps are high pressure gear pumps designed for use with medium-high viscosity lubricating oils. Thanks to its sintered steel gears the flowstar series of oil pumps are long lasting and reliable.

Models with electronic pressure switch start automatically whenever a pressure drop in the distribution line occurs (i.e. when a delivery gun is opened) and stops once pressure is built up in the line (i.e. when a delivery gun is closed).

The ports on these electric oil pumps are 3/4" Female BSP In/Out, however the pressure switch versions have a 1" BSP Female Outlet.

The High Flow Rotary Hand Fuel Pump is a cost effective solution to the manual dispensing of a variety of fluids including diesel, oil, kerosene and petrol from a drum.

These hand fuel transfer pumps are commonly used within environments where mains power is inaccessible and therefore an electric pump is not a viable option, yet high flow rates need to be maintained. For example, these manual diesel transfer pumps are popular when a large amount of fuel needs to be transferred from one container to another.

This diaphragm pump is designed as a bilge pump for surface mounting on the deck/bulkhead. Thanks to it's innovative design, the pump body & ports can be positioned in 96 different ways to ensure flexibility. 

As this is a diaphragm pump, it can be used with dirty fuels with solids up to 12.5mm (with 1” hose tails) or 18mm (with 1½ ” hose tails).

The High Flow Viscomat Gear 70M Oil transfer pump from Piusi, is a high quality 230v Oil Pump Manufactured in Italy to provide great performance when transferring oils & lubricants. The Piusi Viscomat Gear 70M is a reliable and versatile pump rated for continuous running in open flow, making it perfect for a variety of applications.

Suitable for High Viscosity oils up to 2000cSt, the Viscomat 70M has a high suction capacity of up to 9 bar and guarantees a steady flow rate in the oil dispensed. Due to the weight of the pump (32kg), it comes supplied with lifting lugs to aid in manoeuvring into position.

It is recommended that before installing the pump, that the correct suction hose is chosen to reduce pump overload & maximise performance.

The SAMOA Flowstar High Perfomance series of oil transer pumps are high flow gear pumps designed for use with medium viscosity lubricating oils up to 450 cSt. Thanks to its sintered steel gears the flowstar series of oil pumps are long lasting and reliable.

The high flow Flowstar gear oil pumps are ideal for the transfer or distribution of large volumes of lubricants.

The SAMOA Oil Bucket pumps include a 16 litre leak proof, all steel oval shaped bucket with carrying handle and foot rest for easy handling and stability. For dispensing high viscosity lubricants. Includes a medium pressure lever action pump (100 cc delivery per stroke) with a 1,5 m rubber hose with shut off valve and 135° angled nozzle

The Piusi Oil Bucket Lever Hand Pump is a lever hand pump fitted with its own 16kg capacity oil bucket container. This cost effective solution for dispensing small quantities of oil has a sealed lid to prevent contamination which can also be unscrewed to refill the container from a drum. This oil transfer pump has an integrated carry handle for easy manoeuvrability around the workshop and a foot plate to keep the pail sturdy whilst the pump is in operation.

These Piusi pumps come with 2 meters of flexible delivery hose, a spout and suction downtube; everything you need to begin dispensing immediately.
