The Ultraflow Cast Iron Rotary Hand Fuel Pump is an economical and simple solution for the manual dispensing of diesel and oil primarily from a drum, but also from other types of storage tanks. These rotary vane type hand fuel transfer pumps are a popular choice for transferring fuel when cost effectiveness is important, when only small quantities need to be dispensed at a time, or when no mains power is easily available. This manual diesel transfer pump is supplied with a 2” M BSP drum adaptor and three part rigid suction downtube.

The Hi Flow Lever Hand Fuel Pump is designed for the dispensing of diesel and oil from various storage tanks and containers, and can be easily fitted to a drum thanks to its 2” BSP adaptor and down tube.

These hand fuel transfer pumps are popular where a reliable yet inexpensive solution is required, or where mains power is inaccessible at the dispensing point. Thanks to its good flow rate, this manual diesel transfer pump is often used for the transfer of larger volumes of fluid.

This diaphragm pump is designed as a bilge pump for surface mounting on the deck/bulkhead. Thanks to it's innovative design, the pump body & ports can be positioned in 96 different ways to ensure flexibility. 

As this is a diaphragm pump, it can be used with dirty fuels with solids up to 12.5mm (with 1” hose tails) or 18mm (with 1½ ” hose tails).

The Piusi Stainless Steel Rotary Hand Fuel Pump is a new generation solution, acting as more sturdy and durable option for manually dispensing diesel and oil from a drum. This premium self-priming manual fuel transfer pump has a stainless steel outer casing and benefits from smooth operation thanks to its rolling handle grip and quality constructed internals. 

The inlet of this diesel hand pump benefits from a grooved locking mechanism for securing it onto the drum connector. This is to stop it from spinning on the drum whilst in operation; a problem common with cheaper solutions.

Available is a version of this hand fuel transfer pump with 3m delivery hose for dispensing directly into the vehicle, which comes with a swivel spout with on/off valve to close off the hose when delivery has finished to prevent spillage. There is also a version of this Piusi fuel pump without hose that has an “S” type spout that is ideal for dispensing straight into an oil jug.

The Piusi Garda Fuel Transfer Pump is a multi-purpose solution for the transfer of fuels, lubricants and viscous fluids including diesel and oil. This self-priming Piusi pump is traditionally designed for marine applications, but is also suitable for more industrial use. Available in 230v mains power, as well as a DC 24v or 12v fuel transfer pump, the Piusi Garda is suited a range of installations.

This Italian made 230v, 24v and 12 volt diesel transfer pump can be installed easy in any position without risking overheating the motor as it has thermal protection.

New from Piusi is the “Pro + Silent” air operated oil pump range; part of their growing offering to the oil and lubrication market. The design of these air oil pumps has been specially considered to ensure high performance and durability in garage and workshop environments. These 3:1 air powered oil transfer pumps are designed for pumping medium viscosity oils over short to medium distances. The SAMOA Pumpmaster 2 is a double acting air operated low pressure pump for transferring lubricants. These pumps are suitable for lubricants, transmission fluid, hydraulic oils and diesel.

The Pumpmaster 2 can come as a stub pump for tank or wall mounting, or with various lengths of tube for mounting on drums.
