B.SMART is the first cloud-based fuel management system from Piusi, providing the fleet manager with remote and real-time data on their fuel use online. It works by using a licenced app on the driver’s iOS or Android mobile device to activate the dispensing via Bluetooth, and its network to send the data to the cloud once the transaction is complete. This enables the real-time monitoring of multiple dispensers across unlimited geographical sites through a single user-friendly online web portal via the PC, tablet or smartphone wherever you are, saving the need to compile separate reports or visit all of the sites.

As well as being able to view up to date refuelling transaction reports by date, the quantity of fuel taken, driver, vehicle and dispenser, the fleet manager can also remotely control who can dispense the fuel by adding and removing driver access to the pump. The Piusi B.SMART online fuel management system therefore also prevents unauthorised fuel use, as only those drivers set a with a mobile app licence by the manager can draw fuel.

The K24 fuel counter meter benefits from a compact yet clear digital display, which can be rotated in four ways as well as being able to be installed inline or by the delivery nozzle for the user’s easiest reading. Made by Italian manufacturer Piusi, this diesel flow meter has a robustly constructed aluminium body built take more stress than the plastic Piusi K24 alternative, and is bi-directional allowing the flow to be counted either way. The K24 diesel fuel flow meter is a cost-effective option, particularly popular for use within portable diesel dispensing applications thanks to its compact and lightweight nature. Thanks to its low minimum flow rate, the Piusi K24 flow meter is suitable for gravity as well as pump installations.

The SAMOA Flowstar electric oil dispensing trolley is a mobile unit ideal for delivering oil from a drum to anywhere in the workshop. The unit is compromised of a trolley, fitted with a self priming gear pump, 3 metre suction hose, 3 metre delivery hose and a metered dispensing nozzle.

The nozzle itself has an integrated flow meter which has a high accuracy of +/- 0.5%. The nozzle valve has a cam actuated piston-valve, designed for unrestricted flow and superb control of the fluid being dispensed.
