IBC Spill Pallets

Manufactured from steel plate & steel hollow section with a fully seam welded sump, this painted Double IBC spill pallet complies to all current UK regulations relating to sump capacities.

The unit comes fitted with a galvanised steel grid mesh panel and fork hoops to ensure the underside is not in contact with the ground, and also to aid in movement by forklift truck.

The iBC2 model holds 2 IBC's in a vertical orientation, with the top unit sitting on a shallow drip tray which drains into the main sump through the hollow tube frame.

Manufactured from medium density polyethylene this spill pallet, designed to hold 2 x 1000ltr IBC has a 0.6mm galvanised steel (powder coated paint finish) cover with access via 2 steel sliding doors (fitted with a central lock). The galvanised steel cover is attached to the spill pallet by means of M8 dome head Allen bolts & nyloc nuts.

The opening flap of the cover has ties to hold it in place when rolled open. The sump complies with all the UK regulations relating to sump capacities.
