This 15m High Capacity Diesel Hose Reel is a heavy duty model specifically designed for use in diesel storage tank applications. This retractable fuel hose reel has the ability to automatically rewind, and can also be locked at a chosen length.

Its BSP inlet and outlets ensure that an easy connection can be made from the fuel hose reel to the refuelling nozzle. In environments such as construction, plant and quarry sites, as well as marinas, it can be difficult to refuel vehicles and boats due to them being unable to gain access to the fuelling station. This high capacity diesel hose reel makes refuelling in these applications easy.

New from Piusi is the “Pro + Silent” air operated oil pump range; part of their growing offering to the oil and lubrication market. The design of these air oil pumps has been specially considered to ensure high performance and durability in garage and workshop environments. These 3:1 air powered oil transfer pumps are designed for pumping medium viscosity oils over short to medium distances. They are available in stub and long length versions for mounting to a wall or drum respectively, and a range of optional accessories are available to go alongside the Piusi pump range.

The Piusi Pro One Oil AODD Pump has been designed to transfer oil, kerosene and diesel with high viscosities by using an NBR diaphragm. This Air Operated Diaphragm Pump uses air in order to transfer clean and contaminated oils such as the suspended solids found in spent oil.

These Piusi Pro One Oil Transfer Pumps have been made suitable for severe duty conditions or operations taking place in potentially explosive atmospheres. It guarantees high resistance, reliability, and notable longevity. Equipped with a stall-prevention system with an unbalanced valve, the pump optimises air consumption, increasing operational efficiency and significantly reducing noise levels.

The Piusi K700 mechanical fuel flow meter uses an oval gear system to accurately measure the amount of diesel dispensed, even at higher flow rates, which is indicated on its large mechanical display. Thanks to its maximum flow rate of 220lpm, the K700 fuel counter meter is designed for higher flow applications where larger volumes of fuel may be required to be transferred. Manufactured in Italy by Piusi, this diesel flow meter is a durable solution that is easy to fit and calibrate, and comes complete with an inlet filter for removing large debris.

The diesel fuel flow meter’s body can also be rotated to allow the flow from four directions, which makes this Piusi flow meter a flexible solution for a range of installations.
