The Piusi E140 electric diesel transfer pump is the latest, highest flow addition to the industry known "E" range of diesel refuelling pumps from the established Italian manufacturer. The Piusi E140 has the same powerful, reliable and high quality design as the other diesel transfer pumps in the range, but at 140lpm benefits from an even quicker flow rate making it suited to high volume transer applications such as refuelling larger vehicles and machinery, and larger scale tank to tank transer. 

This mains powered Piusi pump has a 1 ¼” BSP inlet and 1” BSP outlet and contains a pump head, motor and an integrated bypass valve. The E140 is constructed from cast iron, supplied with an on/off switch and has thermal motor overload protection allowing continuous running.

Please note: Suction hose must be 1 ½”, delivery hose must be 8m max. The E140 has opposite flow direction compared to other Piusi pumps i.e. E120.

The Plutone PO Diesel Fuel Suction Hose from IPL is manufactured from a special blend of PVC/NBR with strong harmonic steel wire and polyester yarn reinforcement, which makes the Plutone Suction Hose a sturdy and durable solution for fuel pump installations, though it can also be used as a fuel delivery hose or return line in hydraulic systems.

This suction hose is resistant to crushing, abrasion and weather, it also has great flexibility even at low temperatures.

The Cim-Tek Hydrosorb Fuel Tank Filter is an industry known filter that removes water and particles up to 10 micron by trapping it in its resin coated pleated paper element. These fuel storage tank filters have a spin on cannister element, enabling the diesel filter element to be easily removed and replaced once it becomes full. The Cim-Tek fuel filter can be easily fitted to the suction or delivery of a pump installation on storage tanks for refuelling vehicles, lorries, agricultural and plant machinery. 

The Cim-Tek 70063 fuel tank filter is designed for higher flow rate pump systems up to 110lpm. If a lower flow version of this Cim Tek Hydrosorb filter would be more suitable for your application, see the 70062 filter.

Cim-Tek Hydrosorb fuel tank filter includes two parts, static filter adapter (head) and an element. The All Cim-Tek filter components, including the replacement Cim-Tek 70063 element, are available individually as replacements.
