High Capacity Automatic Hose Reel

The Piusi Automatic Stainless Steel AdBlue™ Nozzle is used for the dispensing of urea, or DEF as it is referred to in the US. As an automatic nozzle, it is designed to shut off the flow when the tank is full, allowing the safe use of the integrated stay open latch. These AdBlue™ nozzles are constructed of stainless steel with a plastic hand guard for comfort, and are supplied with a 3⁄4” swivel hose tail for easy hose connection. This AdBlue™ dispensing nozzle is often used in the Suzzara Blue AdBlue pump kits.

Loxeal 58-11 Pipe Sealant is an anaerobic methacrylate curing adhesive of medium strength for the sealing of metal thread joints only. This sealant can be dismantled using larger hand tools, meaning traditional PTFE tape is no longer required, and is designed for use with pipework which is likely to be removed for maintenance or replacement.

Suitable for many fluids including diesel, petrol and water, this Loxeal 58-11 pipe thread sealant has a handling time of 15-30 minutes and a functional cure time of 1-3 hours. As well as being resistant to shock and vibrations, its sealing properties are unaffected between -55°C to +150°C.

The AdBlue™ Gravity Hose Kit is an all emcompassing solution for the dispensing of AdBlue™ from a bottom outlet, gravity fed installation.

Gravity hose kits are a cost effective solution for dispensing AdBlue™ (otherwise known as DEF) from an IBC rather than installing an AdBlue pump system. This is a popular solution for, but not limited to, the agricultural market.

This model of AdBlue™ gravity hose kit is made up of a choice of clear spiral of black EPDM AdBlue delivery hose with hose clips supplied, the Suzzara Blue manual nozzle and a 60 x 6 IBC bottom adaptor.

It's available in either 3m or 4m kits, to cater for how high off the ground the IBC in question is. You should not order a kit much longer than what is necessary for the height of the system, as any additional hose beyond this point may reduce the flow rate you could be achieving.

The Piusi Oil Bucket Lever Hand Pump is a lever hand pump fitted with its own 16kg capacity oil bucket container. This cost effective solution for dispensing small quantities of oil has a sealed lid to prevent contamination which can also be unscrewed to refill the container from a drum. This oil transfer pump has an integrated carry handle for easy manoeuvrability around the workshop and a foot plate to keep the pail sturdy whilst the pump is in operation.
