Groz Fuel Particle Filter

The Purafiner Magnetic Fuel Conditioner is designed to treat and control the microbial growth and contamination in a diesel fuel system. The increasing bio-content in today’s diesel means that the fuel in storage tanks often contains small, but problematic water levels that cause “bugs in fuel” to develop. If left, these bugs start to grow, multiply and join together to create a nasty sludge called biofilm.

The Purafiner works by using magnetic force which stuns the bugs breaking them down into their individual size to enable them to pass through a conventional filter without blocking that, or the vehicle or machinery that the fuel ends up in. As well as preventing costly repairs and downtime associated with equipment failure, Purafiner magnetic fuel conditioners also considerable extend the life of the filter you are using in conjunction with it.

The ETS Series of these magnetic fuel conditioning units are heavy duty steel products, which are ideal for fixed installations such as steel storage tanks, large marine vessels or where high pressures may be encountered.

The Brass Angle Check Valve is designed to make sure that the suction pipe connected to an above ground storage tank remains primed with a suitably rated spring. It also ensures that pressure from the head of fuel is held back from the pump. If the pumping system has a hose reel, then the available pressure relief valve should be installed. 

This Piusi wall mounted diesel transfer pump comes with the new K600 B/3 pulse meter that has an integrated digital local display. This Piusi diesel pump kit has been specially designed to include the water filter, which is required for most vehicles being refuelled to prevent any damage from happening – the kit comes with either a 10 or 30 micron water filter, depending on your individual needs. This diesel transfer pump comes equipped with a hose, nozzle, nozzle support and plate for the kit to be mounted onto the tank or a wall, as well as the new K600 B/3 pulse meter. This new pulse meter has a 80mm digital display screen and a variable pulse output ratio, which means that a remote display is no longer needed in order to connect the kit to a non-Piusi fuel management system. 

These electric fuel transfer pump kits can be supplied in various configurations, with a choice of flow rate for the pump and nozzle, as well as the level of filtration required for the application. 12v fuel transfer pump and main powered versions of these fuel dispensers are also available, so both mobile and static refuelling from a bunded diesel tank can be accomplished. They are therefore a popular choice of refuelling pump kit. 

This Female 60 x 6 DN61 IBC fitting is designed to connect to the bottom outlet of an IBC to convert a buttress thread to a Male BSP thread, and therefore enables the easy connection of dispensing equipment. With a polypropylene construction, these Male BSP fittings are available for use with AdBlue, Diesel, Oil, Water and Chemicals and comes in either of 1" M BSP or 2" M BSP versions.
