The Piusi Filtroll is a portable filtration unit, which provides double filtering of diesel or oil by absorbing any water or particle impurities that are in the fuel using a two stage filtration process. The Filtroll benefits from a sturdy trolley with large diameter wheels for transportation across uneven ground, with an incorporated drip tray to prevent mess and environmental damage.

There are alternative options available of the Piusi Filtroll filtration unit depending upon whether an oil or a diesel fuel filter is required. As well as a Panther pump, the diesel version of the Piusi fuel conditioning unit comes with 4m suction hose with locking Vantage foot valve and strainer to stop fuel from leaking out when the system is no longer in use. It also comes with 4m delivery hose, hose holder for compact and neat storage and a Self 3000 manual nozzle and support. The oil version on the other hand comes with a Viscomat pump and a 1" dispensing tube rather than nozzle.

The Filtroll fuel filtration unit has two primary applications; firstly it can be used to extract fuel from a container and filter it before directly dispensing it into the vehicle. Secondly, it can be used during tank service to extract the fuel, filter it and then recirculate it back into the original container. 

The Next/2 Oil Nozzle from Piusi is the Pistol-One, heavy duty oil nozzle with integrated digital flow meter. These oil nozzles benefit from high flow capacity and low pressure losses combined with high metering accuracy. This Piusi nozzle is available with rigid, flexilbe or no spout.

The Piusi Self Service Management 2018 Software for Piusi fuel management systems is the new revamped version of the market known Self Service Desk, having identical functionality as the previous software but benefits from a more modern, attractive and user-friendly interface.

The Piusi Self Service Software allows the user to view all stored refuelling transaction data recorded by the management system on a PC rather than just at the unit, enabling the convenient and easy analysis of this information. This Piusi software enables the user to see what units they have on-site, view the data graphically, which can be filtered by user, date, vehicle or dispenser to narrow results and export reports in the desired format such as Excel, PDF or text only.

This fuel management system software is available in two formats; a download from the Piusi website using your allocated licence key (which we recommend); or run off a USB. The Piusi Self Service Management 2018  allows data to be transferred through hardwiring or via a key reader connected to the PC via USB. If the PW Mobile Pack is purchased, data can also be transferred from up to 16 dispensers on a single remote site to a PC elsewhere via a 4G network.

This fuel management software is suitable for the Piusi MC Box, Cube and Self Service fuel management system units. For those who want to upgrade from the original Piusi Self Service Desk, you can migrate your old data to ensure no history is lost.
