The EX100 fuel transfer pump from Piusi is a heavy duty, self-priming rotary vane pump with ATEX approval. Boasting a higher flow rate than other models in the Piusi ATEX range, the EX100 fuel transfer pump has been designed for quick refilling of larger vehicles and machinery in zone one environments.

Primarily used as a petrol or diesel transfer pump in hazardous environments, the EX100’s versatility allows it to be used with kerosene, AVGAS, AVJET, Aspen 2 and Aspen 4. Italian quality manufacturing and a cast iron body provides reassurance for a long working life in both a static or mobile dispensing system.

Designed for fuel dispensing and transfer, not fuel recirculation systems.

The Husky VIII Diesel Nozzle is a durable and heavy duty automatic shut off nozzle, designed for the high flow refuelling of large agricultural and plant machinery. Thanks to its incorporated Flo-stop® device, the VIII Husky fuel nozzle shuts off the flow of fuel when the spout is raised above the horizontal or fall from the fill point. This fuel nozzle benefits from a reinforced spout bushing and a sensing port located behind the spout end, ensuring that even after a lot of use, the spout doesn’t get worn causing nuisance click offs.

A further useful feature of the VIII Husky nozzle is its dual poppet, which enables the easier opening of the automatic fuel pump nozzle when high system pressure is present due to the high flow. Please note models with swivel may have a reduced flow rate. If you want to guarantee achieving 250lpm, an optional high flow swivel is available.

The Tecalemit HDA Fuel Management System securely controls user access to a fuel pump and records the dispensing of fuels.

This HDA kit comes with the Tecalemit full cloud based software, which stores up to 10,000 local transactions, allows up to 4,000 vehicles and drivers and comes complete with a fuel level sensor to show live readings of the fuel within the tank. Thanks to the included GSM modem and sim card, the data shown on the online portal can be kept live and accurate.

The system can be used with vehicle tags and driver codes, or just tags. This allows tracking for individuals, as well as vehicles. All of which is available to view on the online portal.

The questionnaire allows us to fully set the system up before delivery, allowing the unit and software to be ready to go as soon as it gets to you. The first year of the software hosting are included within the package.

The Samoa EC30 Metered oil control valve is fitted with an integral flow meter. The large character display make it easy to read, and it's batch trip and totaliser functions make it perfect for dispensing lubricants and antifreeze in a garage environment.

The nozzle has a cam and piston valve design, allowing for great control over the fluid being dispensed. As well as being fitted with a safety latch which must be depressed before fluid can be dispensed, stopping accidental spillage.

The meter is powered by replaceable AAA batteries which are stored in a sealed compartment.
