Drum/IBC Valves

The Spinsecure Tap Lock is a high security lock which fits onto the spout, for securing outdoor taps against tampering, vandalism and theft, to reduce water bills and prevent flooding. The padlock free design has no torque points for crowbar entry and when locked, spins freely and is almost impossible to remove.

This Tap Lock from Spinsecure fits most outdoor taps in gardens, holiday homes, allotments, caravan parks, golf clubs, farms and other unmanned properties and is fitted simply with no sealants, adhesives or tools required. Two magnetic keys come with the Tap Lock which are coded to match the lock and multiple taps on the same property can be keyed alike so that only one key is required for all. The Plastic Drum Tap is a larger model designed for the dispensing of larger volumes of oil from a 205litre drum. This simple and easy to install barrel tap secures onto the drum outlet when the barrel is in the horizontal position.

This drum tap benefits from a self-closing mechanism that prevents the accidental opening of the drum outlet that may cause a spillage.

The Piusi SEC IBC Connectors have been designed by Piusi to overcome issues associated with the traditional lever based CDS connector.

These IBC connectors work by screwing the valve open/closed without acting any angular pressure on the IBC connection point. Once connected, the SEC valve ensures that the AdBlue™ is not contaminated by the surrounding environment of the IBC tank. These come as standard with the Suzzara Blue IBC AdBlue pump kits.

The Piusi Drum Connector Filters are ideal for the quick and safe connection of a pump to a drum or tank. The integrated filter is easy to inspect and ensures that debris and large particles do not enter the pumping system and contaminate the fuel that is being dispensed.

Thanks to their flanged connection, all Piusi pumps can be easily connected without the need for sealing pastes or Teflon. These drum filters are available as three alternative options: one with filter and valve; one with just filter; and one with filter, valve and flanged outlet. The first of these models is the drum connector used on the Piusi EX50 ATEX pump kits.
