The Pressure Regulating Anti-Syphon Valve from Hytek ensures the smooth running of a pumping system connected to an above ground storage tank. This pressure regulating valve is designed to avoid accidentally emptying the tank by overloading the pump and delivery system, thereby limiting the risk of product loss and site pollution.

Thanks to their tri-flange connection, these pressure regulating valves can be removed and serviced without disturbing the installation’s pipe work.

The OLE SmartGuard remote tank level monitor is designed for use on static and mobile fuel tanks to allow tracking and fuel level monitoring. The SmartGuard is fitted with a sim card which is connected to an online portal where the tank contents can be viewed. This provides details on the location of the tank, as well as a notifications or any sudden fuel loss and a low level alert.

Please note there is an ongoing yearly charge for the use of the sim card/web portal. The first year is included in the price.

This Brass Check Valve is a spring loaded valve for use in pipe systems where flow is required in one direction and no return flow is allowed. These check valves can be installed in any orientation and are fitted with Female BSP threads.

The O.L.E T5020 is a high accuracy electronic gauge for use with fuel tanks that are up to 10 metres high. Designed for use outdoors, the T5020 tank gauge features an IP65 rated enclosed, and an easy to read backlit display which indicates the contents of the fuel tank as a percentage, and in litres.

The T5020 provides a continuous reading of the contents inside the tank, and comes equipped with an alarm to also act as a leak/overfill alarm.

Thanks to the design, this electronic tank gauge can be used to give accurate readings of any shaped tank.

CT5020 tank gauges come as standard with 4-20mA outputs and Modbus RTU/RS485, so can be connected to BMS (Building Management Systems).

The Filstop 2" Overfill Prevention Valve is designed to act as the fill point for both metal and plastic tanks. The valve physically closes the inlet to the tank when the fuel level inside reaches it's maximum during a fuel delivery. This prevents damage to the tank, and environment as well as the costs associated with cleaning spilt fuel.

The steel tank version screws straight into the 2" BSP Inlet, whereas the plastic version requires a hole to be cut into the top of the tank for fixing via locknut.

Aquafighter Large Canvas is a fuel tank water absorber designed to remove both free and suspended/emulsified water out of diesel fuel directly in the tank, therefore providing a complete solution for water contamination. Aquafighter Canvas comes in two sizes, Medium and Large, depending on the size of the fuel storage tank. The diesel and oil tank water absorber is typically used for removing water from bulk fuel storage tanks and generator tanks.

The medium size is suitable for a tank with a capacity of up to 5,000 litres with the access of at least 12cm and the large size for a capacity of up to 10,000 litres with the access of at least 16cm. This Brass Solenoid Valve is a direct acting valve, meaning that no pressure needs to be applied to operate, for a range of fluids including fuels, oils and water. As a normally closed solenoid valve, until the valve is activated the fluid flow is shut off. When the electrical current that runs through the coil inside the valve is energised, the valve opens and allows the flow of liquid through the pipework.

This brass solenoid valve is therefore designed for applications where fluid only needs to be released on occasions, such as to feed a generator with diesel from the back up storage tank. It could also be wired into a pump ensuring that fuel only enters the pipework from the tank when the pump is turned on.

The Locking Angle Brass Gate Valve is used primarily on the bottom outlet of a gravity fed diesel storage tank. These gate valves are designed to come out at 90º to take away the pressure on the hose, and to maximize the flow rate through the delivery hose without restriction.

The locking lever on these gate valves allows it to be padlocked when not in use. This angle gate valve is supplied as standard on some of our Gravity Hose Kits.
