Diesel Flow Meters & Gauges

The OLE SmartGuard remote tank level monitor is designed for use on static and mobile fuel tanks to allow tracking and fuel level monitoring. The SmartGuard is fitted with a sim card which is connected to an online portal where the tank contents can be viewed. This provides details on the location of the tank, as well as a notifications or any sudden fuel loss and a low level alert.

Please note there is an ongoing yearly charge for the use of the sim card/web portal. The first year is included in the price.

The O.L.E T5020 is a high accuracy electronic gauge for use with fuel tanks that are up to 10 metres high. Designed for use outdoors, the T5020 tank gauge features an IP65 rated enclosed, and an easy to read backlit display which indicates the contents of the fuel tank as a percentage, and in litres.

The T5020 provides a continuous reading of the contents inside the tank, and comes equipped with an alarm to also act as a leak/overfill alarm.

Thanks to the design, this electronic tank gauge can be used to give accurate readings of any shaped tank.

CT5020 tank gauges come as standard with 4-20mA outputs and Modbus RTU/RS485, so can be connected to BMS (Building Management Systems).

Designed for use outdoors, the C2020 tank gauge features an IP65 rated enclosed, and an easy to read backlit display which indicates the contents of the fuel tank as a percentage, and in litres.

The C2020 provides a continuous reading of the contents inside the tank, and can be equipped with an alarm to also act as a leak/overfill alarm.

The K33 BIO is the Biodiesel version of the market leading Piusi K33. This meter features the same construction and mechanical properties as the K33, but is stronger as it has to resist the different blends of biodiesel up to B100. With an accuracy of +/-1% and repeatability of 0.3%, the Piusi K33 BIO is an ideal solution for installation with pumps or dispensers for those who need to monitor the quantity of diesel dispensed.

The M200V Fuel Tank Float Gauge from Watts Industries is a small mechanical clock gauge for measuring the tanks contents by a float that sits on the fuel and goes up and down with the level. Whilst also popular for diesel storage tanks, it is most commonly used as a domestic heating oil tank gauge.

These oil tank gauges are supplied as standard with 1 1⁄2” BSP Male for easy fitting on the top of the storage tank or drum.

This Mechanical Flow Meter from SAMOA is suitable for gravity fed applications with a minimum flow of 20 litres per minute & has a very low pressure drop.

The meter allows to orientate the inlet and outlet in four different positions.

The Piusi K24 Aluminium Fuel Flow Meter is a digital turbine meter designed for accurately measuring the quantity of diesel dispensed. Made by Italian manufacturer Piusi, this diesel flow meter has a robustly constructed aluminium body built take more stress than the plastic Piusi K24 alternative, and is bi-directional allowing the flow to be counted either way. The K24 diesel fuel flow meter is a cost-effective option, particularly popular for use within portable diesel dispensing applications thanks to its compact and lightweight nature. Thanks to its low minimum flow rate, the Piusi K24 flow meter is suitable for gravity as well as pump installations.

The Piusi Remote Pulse Display is designed for the remote control of pulse meters. This Piusi system has a large screen allows the user to clearly see the quantity of fluid delivered per time and the non resettable totaliser. It also comes with software applications for the calibration of pulse meters.

The remote display is the ideal addition wherever the display and reading of quantities delivered are indispensable, not directly at the point of installation of the pulse meters, but over a distance. They can be supplied in a basic display only form, or with a pulse emitter to connect to other types of systems that recognize discreet quantities of impulses.
