CTS Multi-Compartment Tank Alarm (230v)

From Piusi is the EX50 ATEX approved 230v or 12v fuel transfer pump, which has taken our product range into the market for flammable liquids. Designed for the mobile and static transfer of petrol, kerosene and diesel in a zone one environment, these ATEX pumps satisfy the European directives for explosion proof equipment. This petrol transfer pump has a sturdy, cast iron body, and thanks to its quality manufacturing has a long life span. Incorporated in the 12 volt fuel transfer pump body is an integrated bypass valve.

These ATEX pumps are available in mains or low voltage, and are also available as part of a drum kit that comes with drum connector and nozzle holster. This Italian made 230v and 12v fuel transfer pump has an anti-noise filter which makes the pump application more convenient with a low level of noise.

The Piusi Suzzara Blue Portable 12v AdBlue™ Pump is a ready to dispense kit designed for the mobile refilling of AdBlue™ (DEF). It is flexible in its application as the suction hose can be dropped into either a drum or IBC, not limiting it to one or the other if there are multiple on site. Thanks to its 2m cable and clips for connection to the vehicle’s battery and carry handle, this AdBlue™ transfer pump can easily be moved between containers.

This Piusi pump kit comes complete with delivery hose, manual nozzle, suction hose with strainer, providing the user with everything they need to refill their vehicle with AdBlue™. It has proven a popular solution within the agricultural and construction market due to not requiring mains power to operate.

The Yellow Handle Lever Ball Valve is a nickel-plated full bore brass valve popular within gas, water and fuel applications and comes in a range of sizes. These lever ball valves are WRAS and EN331:1998 gas approved, have a steel handle, NBR o-ring and PTFE seals, and come in two different pressure ratings depending upon the size of the valve.

The Aquafighter Snake is a fuel tank water absorber designed to remove both free and suspended/emulsified water from fuel tanks of industrial machines, boats, and fuel storage tanks with small openings such as generator belly tanks.

The increase of bio content in fuel means that there is a rising issue associated with water contamination and microbial growth, which is responsible for a nasty sludge that blocks filters, damages equipment, corrodes engines and causes poor fuel efficiency. The Aquafighter water absorber eliminates these problems by reducing the water content levels down to 75ppm to meet the EN590 diesel fuel standards (200ppm), saving you costly damage and downtime. The diesel tank water absorber not only absorbs free water like other solutions on the market but also separates and captures the suspended and emulsified water in the fuel, which often gets left to cause serious damage to your vehicles and equipment. 

By working in this way, the Aquafighter Snake fuel tank water absorber provides numerous benefits including preventing diesel bug from forming, reducing filter replacement and need for tank cleaning and protecting the tank from corrosion. 

Please note: If this is your first time using Aquafighter, we recommend buying 2 units. The first can be added to absorb the current water, which may become full quickly if there is a large problem with water. The second to be added once the other has been removed to act as a prevention against future water content.
