CTS AdBlue Tank Bund Alarm

The Hi Flow Lever Hand Fuel Pump is designed for the dispensing of diesel and oil from various storage tanks and containers, and can be easily fitted to a drum thanks to its 2” BSP adaptor and down tube.

These hand fuel transfer pumps are popular where a reliable yet inexpensive solution is required, or where mains power is inaccessible at the dispensing point. Thanks to its good flow rate, this manual diesel transfer pump is often used for the transfer of larger volumes of fluid.

The Piusi SB325_X AdBlue™ Nozzle is a lightweight, plastic automatic nozzle with a stainless steel breakaway spout for use with AdBlue pump systems. The breakaway spout mechanism ensures that if the vehicle accidently drives away leaving the nozzle still  in the vehicle's fill point, the spout will detach from the body of the nozzle. This means that damage will be limited to the spout only which can be replaced as a spare part, and the AdBlue pump system on the storage tank will not be pulled away with the force. Thanks to the integrated K24 digital flow meter, this AdBlue™ nozzle has the added functionality for the user to conveniently view how much fluid has been dispensed into the vehicle.

Made from lightweight plastic but with a sturdy stainless steel spout, this Piusi nozzle is a cost effective alternative to the completely stainless steel automatic AdBlue™ nozzles previously only available on the market. Like these more expensive models, it still reliably shuts off dispensing when the AdBlue tank becomes full to prevent any overspill.

There is also a version of the SB325_X with added magnetic miss-filling spout to prevent AdBlue from being put in the diesel tank. This ensures that the AdBlue™ dispensing nozzle can only release fluid into a fill point that has a partnering magnetic adaptor fitted into it. This Cim-Tek 70075/76 Hydrosorb Fuel Filter is designed for fitting to the outlet of either a gravity of pumping installation to remove water and particles from the fuel. B.SMART is an industry-recognised, compact fuel management system known for its fast and reliable refuelling, thanks to its high-performance Italian design. The cloud-based fuel management system from Piusi, provides fleet managers with remote, real-time data on fuel usage. Using a licensed app on the driver’s iOS or Android device, the system activates dispensing via Bluetooth and sends transaction data to the cloud. This allows real-time monitoring of multiple dispensers across unlimited geographical sites through a single user-friendly online web portal accessible via PC, tablet, or smartphone, eliminating the need for separate reports or site visits.

Managers can view up-to-date refuelling transaction reports by date, fuel quantity, driver, vehicle, and dispenser. They can also remotely control fuel dispensing by managing driver access through the mobile app license, preventing unauthorised fuel use.
