The Suzzara Blue DC 24v and 12v AdBlue™ Pump is the market leading AdBlue™ (DEF) transfer solution from Italian manufacturer Piusi. Complete with 2m cable and clips for connection to the vehicle’s battery, this AdBlue™ transfer pump doesn’t require mains power to operate, making it suitable when mobile refilling is required.

This self-priming, 5 chamber membrane 24v and 12v AdBlue™ pump does not have a shaft seal, which reduces the chance of leaking as it wears. As with the other Piusi pumps, this model has an incorporated bypass valve and benefits from IP55 protection grade making it suitable for use in outdoor environments.This is the pump used within all DC Piusi AdBlue™ pump kits, and is suitable for mounting onto a drum, IBC or AdBlue™ storage tank depending upon the application requirements.

Loxeal 18-10 Pipe Sealant is an anaerobic methacrylate adhesive that is easy to dismantle using hand tools once set, replacing the need for PTFE tape. This thread sealant is designed for the sealing of metal threaded pipe joints on equipment that may need to be removed from the installation for maintenance or replacement. For example, sealing hoses into pumps and nozzles as serviceability is required.

Loxeal 18-10 pipe thread sealant is shock and vibration resistant, and its sealing properties are unaffected between -55°C to +150°C. Its thixotropic property prevents migration from thread of the seal before or during curing, and easy dismantling is assured even after years.

The Piusi A80 diesel nozzle is automatic fuel nozzle designed for private, non-resale refuelling of vehicles. As an automatic fuel pump nozzle, it will shut off when the tank is full, preventing an overfill scenario and allowing the safe use of the integrated 3 positions stay open latch. The Piusi standard automatic diesel nozzle is strong and reliable with a higher flow rate compared to A60 nozzle, making it a perfect solution for refuelling larger vehicles such as lorries, agriculture and plant machinery.

The Piusi Auto 80 refuelling nozzle is commonly used alongside high speed, powered diesel pump systems. The fuel nozzle is also available with a lower and higher flow rate (please see related products), depending upon the speed of the pumping system is for use with.

This automatic fuel nozzle is well known in the market as a reliable and comfortable to handle solution, without the added cost that comes with the forecourt style brands.

Not suitable for gravity fed operation.

The GoldenRod Fuel Filter Housing is essentially a replacement bowl for use with GoldenRod filters, in the case of wear and tear/cracking of the existing casing. The Goldenrod filter elemet housing is transparent for inspection of the filtered impurities and complete with a drain point for easy removal of these.

The biggest cause of the filter bowl cracking is by applying too much pressure when trying to screw it off with force in order to replace the filter element. We recommend buying the GoldenRod filter wrench, a tool specially designed to remove and replace the bowl without causing damage.
